  "Similar to well known large chains but with a bit more individuality, well located and the pub was good as well." (108353646)

  Modern, clean, well equipped, the "attached" pub also offered good value for money pub grub and a decent pint.

  "There was a special weekend room rate which was not available when booking on the net. The receptionist offered the better rate without asking. " (108668258)

  Excellent room, spacious and quiet with good and controllable air conditioning.

  Loud water hammer noise shortly after flushing the loo!

  "The service we received from the staff was good they were helpful and friendly." (107158777)

  Wilmslow Lodge itself was fine

  When we arrived the Lodge had NO RECORD of our internet booking. The guy on the desk was extremely helpful and although fully booked mananged to juggle the rooms to accommodate us. To say this was poor service from your administration is being polite. We had travelled up from Romsey Hampshire and my husband was considering having to return after attending our function. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened and I would be grateful for your comments
