Booking process easy. From arrival to departure, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent, buffet as much as you can eat. On day of departure, Allowed to leave luggage securely untill ready to travel.

"the breakfast which i got at no extra charge from my priceline.co.uk booking, was very good. however since i am traveling alone, mostly for football matches but also for london tourist attractions like the british museum, i really need the assistance of a full time concierge, which would be available at the nearby hesperia victoria or victoria park plaza hotels." the room was clean and comfortable.
having to pay in advance at check in and not being able to charge food or beverages to the room and then settling your account at check out.also there should be ice machines on the guest room floors, which is usually available even in budget hotel chain properties.

comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom, good choice of food for breakfast, excellent and welcoming staff
when our room was cleaned, the member of staff did not replace the tea bags. Also I found a hair clip on the floor - not mine, so the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly before our stay.
