  "Really unsatisfactory - from the check in, to the cold room, which also had no place to hang clothes except a hook on the entrance door and a hook on the bathroom door -- to lack of communication with regard to breakfast." (108218166)

  The room was spotlessly clean.

  The room was very cold; the private bathroom was badly laid out - if you are slightly overweight you'd have trouble getting to the toilet as you have to squeeze between the little sink and the shower stall. My price included a full breakfast: I was not told the time breakfast was served and when I went downstairs just before 9 a.m. (and the staircase led to the parking lot), the hotel was locked up tight with no-one in sight. I was left to sit outside waiting for my lift until a member of the cleaning staff arrived, who was shocked that the "chef" had left. She let me into the hotel and gave me a cold drink and made some toast. Much to be desired when it comes to customer service in the hospitality industry.

  New owners making good progress on improving hotel by upgrading rooms, TV, providing ensuites, etc.
