  "Good. Comfortable, pleasant" (108696512)

  Friendly, efficient, hospitable service. A lovely Georgian building with great character. The couple who run it (Steve? Ann?) were lovely & friendly, a real asset.

  Toilet is wobbly (room 10) & needs some attention. Some of the furniture is a little tired.

  "Good stay though you need to be fit to climb two flights of stairs to en-suite rooms!" (108737338)

  Hotel clean and friendly.

  Could do with some money spending on it. A bedside table and lamp would have been useful. Bulb missing in bathroom over sink light

  After arriving i realised th ebathroom had not been cleaned. I spoke to the owners and they were so apologetic and to make up they offered me a lovely double room with a ensuite for my last night.

  very good welcome were offered alternative room if we didn't like the one we were given as the one with cot in was on the top floor.

  "clean and very reasonable b&b with free parking which in Edinburgh is a unique thing,would defo book this hotel again." (108806361)

  The Adelphi hotel was 1st class,staff were very helpfull,and the full english breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.
