"the problem of finding the hotel and then to obtain further directions onward because of the wrong postcode was horrendous the weather was very bad with floods so we could have done without this problem com. on premier inn this is a very important part of the address with gps systems.the booking in at reception was less than helpful" (108329842)
the meal was good and cleanliness good
the postcode was wrong so it took as long to find the hotel as it did to travel from wales, the receptionist said this was our fault for not looking further down on the web page. I booked a triple room we were not allowed to put our adult son with us so we had to pay for an extra room. when we got to our room it was made up with three beds.
