"OK for 1 night but I will not use you again if possible." (108695195)

Room was very basic - no phone, no connection for mobile phone and no opprtunity for internet access although I did not need that. The razor socket was hidden in the bathroom and I had to ask where it was - seemingly a common problem . either change it or put up a sign to show where it is.

I paid in cash for my hotel room and I was both irritated and annoyed that I had to provide means of identification. What for???

"Good and we will use Premier again" (108547813)

As always with your hotels a good standard of cleaniness,comfortable bed and a good shower.

Receptionist was unsure of the booking process.
