"Hotel as expected, location poor" (108964797)

as described.

Housekeeper needs to be more thorough (cobwebs), no Wifi, bar area a bit iffy if you simply want a quiet drink without a TV and games machines (feels very downmarket), Postcode for satnav and Google maps/earth is for Conway not Llandudno Junction, not really possible to walk to anywhere more interesting

Quick and predictable environment and process. Good Standardisation. Excellent access and parking. Significantly better than staying in main hotel area where access and parking is impossible.

Remote control not working. Poor promotion of cheaper breakfast options. Would have had £5.25 continental if known. Found out from in room card so didn't bother, would have if offered at desk or during booking.
