  Great friendly staff - location for wembley arena

  Room needed a much better clean - lots of moths, spiders & a couple of maggots in the bathroom!

  Breakfast excellent, Hotel very clean, staff friendly

  I booked rooms inclusive of breakfast, on checking the amount to pay I was told breakfast was extra, thankfully the girl on check in was very helpful and sorted out the problem

  "Excellent value for money- very comfortable and well equipped room and bathroom. Breakfast at next door restaurant also good value." (108325007)

  stayed at Greenford- Reception staff very friendly and helped us upstairs with luggage.

  service in restaurant was a little slow. Seemed a little understaffed. no bad points about the hotel although it was a little hard to find and a road sign would help.
