The hotel was good. The room was clean, spacious and nicely presented with comfortable beds.
When we checked in, the hotel database had not taken in to account our booking request for a family room and only had reserved a double room for us, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated a quad room. Thankfully they had a family room available, but this could easily have not been the case. We will probably book directly through the hotel next time to ensure this doesn't happen again in case there is no family room available when we get there.
