The welcome received was lovely, very helpful staff and the welcome the children was given was wonderful - they loved their little bags with activities too - a really nice touch! Thank you - happy children equalled happy parents!
Another towel for the baby would of been nice but a minor point.

Efficient, booking in, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed. Good food and mostly efficient friendly service.
Although I was first to arrive for breakfast on my second day, dead on 7 am, my order was not taken for 15 minutes, and did not arrive for another 15 minutes. Then it was not what I had ordered! I was subsequently late for my first appointment of the day. Oh well!
