  "Suitable for our requirements and would stay in one of your hotels again, although we have never managed to find one of the rooms you advertise for £29 per night!" (108188029)

  Hotel very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful.

  Breakfast too expensive, we got the same cooked breakfast in the town for less than half price. Never enough coffee and milk in the room, although it is never a problem when we ask the staff for extra

  Very clean and comfortable.Breakfast good.Staff polite ,helpful and apologetic re problems with booking system and manager sorted it out quickly once informed.

  I was told the problem was with the computer system at the hotel.I had booked a quad room for myself,partner and two daughters,on-line with a special tarrif in which breakfast was included.On arrival,we were told that the booking shown on their system had "not come through properly" and that the room was a double and breakfast not included and that the price was £30 more than expected.Although my email receipt confirmed my details,the receptionist said that she could not change what their system was telling her.This held up a late check in.Although when the manager was eventually contacted,he arrived and sorted it out quickly and courteously,"the system" and it's problem was clearly the priority and it was just lucky that a quad room was vacant.We then had to wait while the room was prepared.The receptionist was cheerful and apologetic,but there was no advice regarding future bookings on-line and I would be reluctant to trust this method again incase of a less fortunate result.I would think twice about depending on Premier Inn as a reliable choice for a late booked family break,even though it was so clean and pleasant,since the anxiety of not having accommodation on arrival is too much of a risk with a family.I frequently book last minute online for weekends with the family.I also travel to corporate events for work and use hotels a lot.
