Premier hotels are the same throughout the country very good generally. Front desk staff were very good. Hotel room excellent.
Breakfast food really let the hotel down. There were items missing on the full breakfast menu, The coffee ran dry, Then the milk, There were no tea spoons out.Went for a table and they were either not cleaned or not layed up. I know it is a busy hotel but if we were 1st time users of the hotel We would not be impressed with the breakfast set up.

The room was clean.The road by the hotel was noisy throughout the night.The restaurant is outside the main hotel building.
The TVs are old with limited choice of channels.The shower needs to be handheld type so younger children can use it.Not enough staff at the weekend.The lady checking me in said she could not find me on the system until I insisted that she checcks again.I was told I would pay £148 for two nights online but I was made to pay £154.
