  The hotel was comfortable

  When we entered the room it was freezing. There was no instuctions on how to use the heating/cooling system. We booked an early morning call for 7am, this was not forthcoming and as a result were later than expected for an engagement. When this was pointed out to reception at checkout all that was offered was 'sorry' I feel we should have been offered maybe a free breakfast as compensation.

  Resonable priced drinks. Staff have a great respect for the clients.

  Entance difficult to enter of main road. Cielings falling down. No free Wifi.

  hotel room had a strong smokey smell to it even thogh a non smoking hotel

  friendly staff, good food, quiet location

  bathroom floor had hairs on it (ugh) Bed a bit hard
