  in 5 giorni che mia mamma e mia nipote hanno soggiornato li non hanno pulito la camera un giorno...gli asciugamani e le lenzuola venivano cambiate ma le pulizie neanche un giorno!

  "The neighbourhood is noisy but the people are friendly and helpful. We would have preferred a hotel with kitchen facilities." (107989633)

  Located very close to a metro station and within walking distance to town centre. The rooms are quite spacious.

  It faces a very noisy street. The staff do not speak English, so it is a bit difficult to communicate.

  "An excellent location, excellent value for money, nice building, and well taking care of." (107685379)

  Extremely well positioned bus station nearby, well connected to metro, right in the centre of Madrid, a nice historical building, clean and extremely comfortable.New furniture and clean sheets.

  A little bit noisy during night, because of traffic, difficult to communicate to the stuff, while they were speaking only Spanish
