    Bristfällig handduksbyte söndagens städning. Ett ventilationsdon uppe vid taket var igensatt med toalettpapper.

    I suggest an ash tray outside the hotel. Since it is a non smoker hotel and guests would smoke outside, that would be awesome.

    Price, decent room

    Reception staff was not friendly. Bathroom was small with hardly any space for shower.

    Good beds. Cenrtal in the city.

    The first to minutes is the most important in an entrance - how it looks - and a meeting with the person in charge. That was not to goo if I am straight. As an expert on indoor climate - this was a catastrophe in dry air. The air is pumps long ways in hi sped and is so dry that it is not healthy either to work ore sleep in. Pleas contact experts on this as soon as possible – its very bad. The ventilation system is sounding loud – not good sleeping environment. Summery – not a good sleeping environment. The feeling and atmosphere of the hotel is like in a dogout och ditch.

    The morning receptionist showed lacking service skills. I would not recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues or friends.

    If you require value for money in a Stockholm hotel you've got it.

    If you have any complaints you should have booked in to the Sheraton.

    A fairly nice breakfast.

    Rude unhelpfull staff, not accepting VISA, cold room, very noisy at street level throughout the night and morning.

    Nice frontdesk staff, nice breakfeast.

    The room was really cold, i could just as have slept out in the street.

    Alexandra hotel was clean, cheap, and had good brekfast

    I could hear a man snoring all night long in the room situated next to me, so perhaps the rooms could be isolated a bit better.

    Good place, near a station. Really good treatement by the staff

    Payment procees. My first impresion were bad because I couldn't use any of my cards, and I should go to the ATM.
