The morning receptionist showed lacking service skills. I would not recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues or friends.

If you have any complaints you should have booked in to the Sheraton.

Nice frontdesk staff, nice breakfeast.

Alexandra hotel was clean, cheap, and had good brekfast
I could hear a man snoring all night long in the room situated next to me, so perhaps the rooms could be isolated a bit better.

"I got what I payed for :-) A clean, simple room with everything I needed. I would have had appreciated if the breakfast was served from 7 o'clock on weekends too and if schampoo was available in the bathroom." (108988715)
The room was just what I have expected. It was a clean, simple room with everything I needed, except for schampoo, for an overnight stay. It was quiet during the night so I had a good night sleep.
There where no schampoo and that was a small disapointment. The breakfast was served from 8 o'clock on the weekend and that was too late for me as I had a train to catch.

Walking distance to most places (food, entertainment), cheap, free wifi.
Very small single room, extremely small bathroom, windows to the streets and NOT sound proof (you could hear people walking on the other side of the street), adequate breakfast, staff etc.

Clean hotel. Rooms alright.
The staff was unfriendly and not very service-minded. Not to me personally, but I overheard a couple of other conversations with other guests, which were not so pleasent. Also even if they were not unfriendly to me, they did not seem very happy to get guests, but more irritated, which felt strange! And as I said, not very service-minded.

Rooms were decent and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpfull
Breakfast room on the second day of my stay was overcrowded and we had to eat our meal in the lobby.

Morgenmads restaurant har for lille kapacitet, de meget lange gange kan give en klaustrofobisk oplevelse, - virker næsten som var hotellet et skib

Good beds. Cenrtal in the city.
The first to minutes is the most important in an entrance - how it looks - and a meeting with the person in charge. That was not to goo if I am straight. As an expert on indoor climate - this was a catastrophe in dry air. The air is pumps long ways in hi sped and is so dry that it is not healthy either to work ore sleep in. Pleas contact experts on this as soon as possible – its very bad. The ventilation system is sounding loud – not good sleeping environment. Summery – not a good sleeping environment. The feeling and atmosphere of the hotel is like in a dogout och ditch.
