    Clean but simple hotel in a good location.

    Simple standard. OK if you just want somewhere to sleep.

    Buonissima colazione. Stanza piuttosto grande in relazione al prezzo.

    Non troppo vicino alla fermata della Metro. Non ci hanno fatto usare la sauna, dicendo che era occupata.

    Near to and easy to find from the station. Free wireless internet.

    Room is more smaller than I expect. Facilities are somewhat poor. (no bar,refrigerator, etc.) Any downloading file is not allowed in the internet.

    Very quite and calm at night.

    One of the receptionist was rude and unpolite. (all others were excellent)

    "the stay would have been good if only the hotel did not decide de save money by turning heating off at the end of November in Stockholm. it was not that cold outside (7 degrees) but with minimum heating in the rooms plus bad isolation of the fensters, you can imagine how it feels like..."     hotel well situated

    it was really too cold in my room. I have had 2 different rooms during my stay and it was in both cases the same thing: it was so cold in my room that I had to sleep with my jacket. I was not the only one, during breakfast I have heard other guests speaking about the cold in the rooms during night.

    Bristfällig handduksbyte söndagens städning. Ett ventilationsdon uppe vid taket var igensatt med toalettpapper.

    I suggest an ash tray outside the hotel. Since it is a non smoker hotel and guests would smoke outside, that would be awesome.

    Price, decent room

    Reception staff was not friendly. Bathroom was small with hardly any space for shower.

    Good beds. Cenrtal in the city.

    The first to minutes is the most important in an entrance - how it looks - and a meeting with the person in charge. That was not to goo if I am straight. As an expert on indoor climate - this was a catastrophe in dry air. The air is pumps long ways in hi sped and is so dry that it is not healthy either to work ore sleep in. Pleas contact experts on this as soon as possible – its very bad. The ventilation system is sounding loud – not good sleeping environment. Summery – not a good sleeping environment. The feeling and atmosphere of the hotel is like in a dogout och ditch.

    The morning receptionist showed lacking service skills. I would not recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues or friends.
