  L'albergo è pulito, silenzioso, molto confortevole, dotato di posto macchina e a due passi da Piazza delle Erbe. Prima colazione abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.Ottima solouzione per una visita a piedi della città senza problemi di parcheggio.

  molto silenzioso

  Bidè inutilizzabile per vera mancanza di spazio. Ho scoperto al momento del pagamento che era già stato detratto dalla carta di credito all'atto della prenotazione. Mai successo.

  Posizione favorevole, Parcheggio onesto 12 €,visto che è impossibile sostare a Mantova, gentilissimi alla reception.

  Forse la hall dell'hotel picolissima e quindi poco accogliente....per un hotel che tutto sommato è ben organizzato

  "Consigliamo l'albergo, ma bisogna fare attenzione: la reception di Casa Gonzaga non esiste, bisogna entrare all'Abc hotel, all'interno dello stesso complesso, e domandare. Sperando di non incappare sulle dipendenti più anziane: sono scorbutiche e vagamente in acido." (107478116)

  Buon albergo, adeguato rapporto qualità-prezzo, con ottima colazione.

  Al banco della reception, le dipendenti più anziane non brillano per cortesia e capacità di accoglienza. Il loro atteggiamento piuttosto algido e scostante è abbastanza ridicolo. Noi ci abbiamo riso sopra, ma altri vicini di camera non hanno gradito per niente.

  STRUTTURA MOLTO BELLA,IN PALAZZOTTO ANTICO MA PERFETTAMENTE RISTRUTTURATO.CAMERA MOLTO AMPIA

  NON E' MENZIONATO DA NESSUNA PARTE CHE LA RECEPTION E' QUELLA DELL'HOTEL ABC,GIUNGENDO ALL'INDIRIZZO INDICATO NON C'E' NESSUNA INSEGNA DELL'HOTEL

  Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; abbondante colazione; stanze pulite e ordinate.

  Personale molto rapido ed efficiente. Non guasterebbe una maggiore condialità all'accoglienza.

  "This hotel is an excellent find...once you manage to find it." (107770405)

  All was excellent: the room was spacious, clean, well supplied with toiletries, towels, blankets, TV. Breakfast copious and no problem for extra coffee. Especially appreciated, more than ample heating on demand during exceptionally bitterly cold weather.

  Only negative point: I found the street, via Bettinelli, but #29 was non-existant. After returning to the street of the train station and inquiring at a local bar I was told that I should go the the 'abitchy' Hotel for access. ('abitchy' = ABC) Indeed, the ABC Hotel opposite the station served as the entrance to the 'Gonzaga' hotel behind it on a wonderfully quiet courtyard. In all, I only lost some 15 minutes as I do manage to speak Italian, but it was bitterly cold.
