  "The apartemnt is located outside of the tourist areas, in a former workers part of town, where normal local people live. We found this exciting and interesting, an experience we not would have if we had stayed in an ordinary tourist hotel. To buy our food at the local shop, fresh bread from the local bakery, a drink or a cup of coffee at the small bar next door, the washing, the bicycles and the birds in cages on the small balcanies, people talking, walking, playing. This view into local life was a great bonus which tha apartement gave us. " (107521777)

  The apartement was modern, well suited and clean. The landlord was serviceminded and accurate. To stay in an apartement gives more privacy and space than in a hotel.

  In fact nothing seriously bad points to notice, but it could have been a bit more equipment in the kitchen.

  "The apartment was great - modern, clean and with a lot of space. We are dissapointed in the direct area though and wished we would have known that the street from the Metro is long and steep which was a challenge on the first day with the suitecase." (107532482)

  Very spacious and clean appartment, we loved having the fully equipped kitchen.

  We had an unpleasant situation while checking in. We have informed the owner that our plane will arrive at 11:20 AM but since we were not sure how long it will take from the airport to get to the apartment we were not 100% sure what time exactelly we will arrive. Considering waiting for the luggage, finding the appropriate bus, switching to the Metro and finding the street + appartment we arrived shortly before 1PM. Somebody was supossed to wait for us with the keys but unfortunatelly there was nobody. We had to find a pay phone and call. The person arrived rather quickly but in a very bad mood and was very angry at us. He was informed that we will be there at 11 AM, he didn't seem to want to understand that it was not our fault that he did the wrong information! He just kept repeating over and over again 'you need to call me if you are late!. We have 9 apartments! You need to call!' I do not know how their system works and I don't want to. All I know is that I made a reservation, said when the plane arrives and how they work internally is not something I should worry about. It was a rather bad and dissapointing beginning of your vacation but we leaved on good and friendly terms.
