  organizzazione puntuale e disponibile camera ben arredata pulizia wifi gratuito

  il frigorifero non era stato ben pulito e ci ha costretti a tenerlo sigillato per l'intera durata del soggiorno rete wifi a corrente alternata

  good down town location, smart staff and room, nearby Naviglio canal - 100 mt- nearby center city - 10 minutes by tram,free wi fi in the lobby,lcd digital tv, no smoking room,safe, quite in the nights, ideal for smart people. check in by appointments

  no mini bar in the room, no basket fruit, bath&linen changing every 5 days or extra fee to change every day.

  "Overall me and my wife enjoyed our staying in this hotel as it's clean, rather nice and good located. The hotel staff neglect and rough manner is the only point we are disappointed about. While booking the hotel we were reassured that WiFi connection is available in all the hotel public areas and actually that was imortant for us as sometimes I have to work even on vacations. When we got to the hotel it turned out that WiFi point didn't work properly and just one person could use connection at the same time and all the others had to wait. We appealed to the staff asking to call a technician or to let us try to solve the problem as the wireless point wasn't broken and just needed some proper adjustments. But the staff reaction to this claim was very inadequate. In very rude way we were told that since we're not paying for this service WiFi connection is not guaranted and if we don't feel like staying in this hotel we can pack our luggage and find another lodging. We were remarked that the others like this hotel as they come here to stay close the center of Milano but not to use Internet. To our objection that it's written in our booking confirmtion that WiFi is available free of charge in the hotel public places were snapped out that since we're not paying for it we have no right to complain about it's unavailablity. Everything was said in very impolite and agressive way and that's not exactly what you expect staying in the center of Milano. " (108890326)

  -schönes sauberes Zimmer mit recht großem Bad und Küche -nettes Personal -zentral,gute Anbindung zum U-Bahnhof Porta Genova -viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe

  "Estuvimos en Milan como regalo de aniversario de mi madre (85 años) eramos 5 personas por lo que reservamos un apartamento para poder estar juntos. Al tratarse de un apartamento no hay recepción pero eso no fue motivo para no sentirnos bien atendidos, sino al contrario. Llegamos sobre las 2 de madrugada y al salir del aeropuerto llamamos al Sr. Director ( habla perfectamente español) cuando llegamos al apartamento alli estaban esperandonos, para la salida igual, quedamos a una hora para recoger el equipaje que muy amablemente nos habian guardado, ademas en todo momento el Sr. Director estaba en el edificio preguntadonos que necesitabamos y ayudandanos en todo. El edificio esta muy bien situado y muy cerca de una parada de tranvia. Merece destacar la amabilidad del Sr. Director y la extrema limpieza del apartamento. En general excelente." (108728987)

  L'hotel è funzionale, comodo in quanto fornito di piano cottura e in una zona piacevole (sui navigli).

  La camera che ci è stata assegnata, nonostante i doppi vetri era piuttosto rumorosa.

  "very pleasant, very comfortable esp. after a long day of sight seeing, owner very gracious and accommodating; will stay again!!" (107992190)

  Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom; close to supermarket and cafes, close to metro, walking distance to Duomo, church of Last Supper and shopping,safe,quiet neighborhood,internet cafe,post office,laundry nearby

  Free in-house internet has spotty connection; toaster would have been nice to have ( we forgot to ask owner!)

  "Reisezeit August: Mückenalarm, " (107769959)

  Zentrale und gute Lage (U-Bahn, Tram; Abens im Ausgehviertel). Ein super netter hilfsbereiter Appartmentangestellter. Funktionierende Aircon (im Sommer wichtig).Zimmer zum Innenhof ruhig.

  Dachterasse (nicht begehbar) und Ausblick nicht so schön. Herdplatten total verrostet, funktionierten aber.
