  The reception was the smoking zone, the room was sparse like an institution,the restaurant and breakfast were poor and basic,there was nothing for "residents", TV channel selections were numerous but very parochial,Paid extra for WiFi

  "I would like to see more access to surrounding towns advertised in reception. tea and coffee facilities in rooms. the staff were very helpful and their english was very good." (97017155)

  the restraunts were excellent the hotel its self was clean and tidy

  lack of local shops etc and no tea or coffee facilities in room

  A wedding was taking place at the hotel. The room was too hot and very very noisy until late during the night

  "Although entirely adequate, this cannot realistically be considered a 4* hotel. It is a good- average 2-3* standard. Hotel seemed to be primarily a luncheon venue for locals." (99617660)

  Reasonable value for money. Adequate in all other respects.

  Noise from motorway (adjacent). Early morning noise from staff outside window. Impossible to open window due to smell from nearby farm. No in-room provisions for coffee, etc. No facilities other than restaurant and bistro. Staff polite but less than friendly.
