    Clean, comfortable, quiet (suprising as there were busy roads surrounding the hotel), good location right next to Wandsworth Town Rail Stn.

    24-hour desk service was nice, able to come and go as we pleased at all hours.

    Very limited breakfast options, took a while to get someone's attention for assistance at the desk after typical hours.

    On arrival reception could not find the booking, necessary to give reference number to locate

    all was good apart from the terrible lighting

    The LED lighting was awful and is a very bad idea even though it saves a few bob, which was certainly not passed on to the customer! Also the air con unit was malfunctioning!

    Staff very friendly.

    Parking charged on bill when we did not park, bill not presented before payment so could not check before payment did not check until on plane going home only 2 parking paid for so not a big deal

    Room very clean and good decor

    Breakfast was basic, lack of staff meant as items run down they were not able to be replaced quick enough. Not enough seating space for the amount of diners, and tables not being cleared quick enough, run out of cutlery

    The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fine.

    The barrier to the car park didn't work on the way in or out - we had to go to reception. The staff couldn't find our booking when we arrived. The air conditioning was so noisy it woke me several times during the night. As someone who rarely stays in hotels I would have liked instructions as to how to put the lights on immediately inside. I have never used a swipe card before.

    STAFF WERE NOT AWARE OF HOW TO ACCESS HOTEL VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT. THEY COULD GIVE ME DIRECTIONS VIA TUBE BUT WERE NOT AWARE OF BUSES AND WHEN ASKED IN ADVANCE WERE NOT PREPARED TO FIND OUT FOR US. I RECENTLY STAYED IN A HOLIDAY INN AT BRENTFORD LOCK WHICH WAS

    The space in the room was good for 3 adult women. The food in the bar area was great and it was a nice environment in the evening to watch tennis from the day.

    Reception did not book our taxi to airport when asked the day before - it was not in the book and car was not on time. Phone service was out for a few days from the rooms.

    "I was more than happy with the stay, the rooms were very clean. The Hotel was central to where we needed to be and had good transport links. The only downside was the lack of parking inside the hotel car park for all the quests. However, there was an NCP car park opposite which was £7.20 for the night." (97207064)

    "Well up to the standard we expect from this chain of hotels . Room was spotlessly clean and fittings were in good condition , decor restful. Heating controls worked well . Continental breakfast more than adequate. No noise disturbance at all .Staff very efficient and pleasant.If all your hotels in this chain are up to this standard you should be well pleased."     "In my view...these are not hotels...they are places to sleep for a night...everythin was via a vending machine or screwed to the wall. Also hate the way you charge for what I would consider normal...ie parking you car in the hotel grounds !!" (97449528)
