    Variety of food available for breakfast was fantastic. Room service was excellent, with all the little finishing touches that made us feel special. Friendly and very helpful staff who were always accommodated our requests.

    Shower leaked around and under the glass shower partitian/door. Bathroom floor ended up with a few puddles when we used the shower. When the fire alarm was activated at midnight one night which turne,d out to be a false alarm, the guests were not notified it had been a false alarm and only did when they asked at reception.

    The hotel lobby was very beautiful. Check in & check out smooth. The room very comfortable. The hotel factilities were very nice, especially the pub & restaurants.

    I was disappointed with a few aspects: First there was no clock in our room. Secondly, the movies on demand part of the TV did not work. I called for help and was told someone would be coming to check on it. They never came. Lastly, I asked the concierge if there was a shuttle to the airport. He said yes, but that a taxi would be quicker and cost only slightly more. He called a taxi for me. This taxi had no meter in it, the driver was sketchy, and he charged me 11 lbs which was outrageous for the 2 min. drive to the airport. I felt that the concierge & taxi driver were in league with one another and my daughter and I were being taken advantage of.

    The receptionist was kind, and intelligent. She was professional. The bell service on the morning of the 19th sept, guy with a hat was excellent.

    Lighting was dim coz 2 bulbs were in-op. one in the toilet and the other outside the toilet.

    "I never thought a 9 hour overnight layover would be relaxing. but the Radission did the trick! Loved it, wish all my hotels were like this." (107145432)

    The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. I stayed for only about 9-10 hours, yet they called me within 90 minutes of my check-in to see if I needed anything or if everything was fine. Love that I could walk to the McDonald's as well. And that it is on the local bus line and free to get to from Heathrow Central Bus Station. I also really liked the decoration - it reminded me of 1970s chic, kind of like Graceland. While this might be a turnoff to some people, it to me is kind of glamorous and just really cool, definitely an answer to all those anonymous hotel rooms everywhere else! I also really liked the bathroom - the tub, first of all, was normal which meant I could get in and out of it without potentially breaking my neck (too many of those European hotel tubs have super high walls and are raised a foot or more off of the ground!). Also, I liked the soap dispensers - cut down on waste, which I appreciate. Loved the king size bed and duvet too. And the free wifi.

    Not many and they are minor. There was kind of a chaotic atmosphere - there was at least one wedding and a couple of other events going on, and it seemed like there were people crossing all over the place and just generally chaotic in the lobby. The elevators seemed to be slow and always full, and always going up. It was like you had to go up to go down. Location - it's great for Heathrow and I'd go again for that, but if I were making a holiday in downtown london it would not be convenient, unfortunately. Minibar - they charge you automatically if anything is even moved from its spot in the refrigerator, which means if you have a bottle of water or can of soda, you can't put it in the fridge to keep it cold.

    The hotel cleaning staff needed to be better trained, there were too many loose hairs in the bathroom. Fixtures in the bathroom could use an upgrade.

    The room was a good size and very pleasantly appointed. Hotel was on the route for the free hoppa bus from heathrow so making transport connections was easy. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

    Staff understanding when dealing with problems. Noisy guests. Restaurant service.

    Although i booked a non smoking room the first room we were given smelt of stale tobacco we complained and were given another room.The second room still had a faint smell of tobacco but was better than the first.Unable to open any windows.

    The hotel itself is very nice, with good bars and food quality

    The prices in the bars and restuarants were grossly inflated. There was absolutely NO help with my luggage, and it is shocking that a 5* hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport.

    The accomodation was of an excellent standard and I couldn't praise the staff high enough for the conduct and assistance.

    Nice Convenient location. Nice Rooms

    Ended up in a smoking twin after requesting a non smoking double :( There was a long queue for breakfast, so I skipped it as I didnt expect to have to queue.
