    BIEN PLACE DANS LE CENTRE DE LA VILLE. ASSEZ CALME.

    Dans la chambre des enfants : MOISISSURE DANS LA SALLE DE BAIN, CHAMBRE PUANT le tabac froid, pour des enfants asmatiques c'est très gênant. La fenêtre ne pouvait pas se fermer, il fallait tirer ou pousser à l'aide d'une vis, en l'absence de poignée, problème pourtant signalé à la réception.

    Elevator. Initial receptionist helpful.

    Too many changes of receptionists, especially in the evening. Guests keys were left on counter for anyone to pick up, not very secure! Hot drinks machine was out of order or out of drinks for the 3 nights we were there! Old bed and mattress. Although newish furniture, room needed re-decorating as paint flaking etc. Sink plug broken. Room consumables not replaced during stay nor towels refolded, just bed re-made. Blankets not duvet. Room too hot so window opened and noise from fans on flat roof could be heard all night. TV had no channels in English.

    Reasonable price for a city centre location. Clean. Satisfactory breakfast.

    Main problem was lack of air-conditioning on what was an extremely hot night. The small room was too hot even with the window open. At least a fan would have helped.

    Location is great! Breakfast was really good too.

    It was really noisy cause of the bar across the road but if you drink enough beer you can sleep through it. Ask for a room that's not on the road side.

    "The hotel's location was very good and the reception staff very efficient and fairly friendly.It gave good value for money. My comments about the noise at night rather spoiled our overall impression. This hotel badly needs double glazing at the front." (99441273)

    The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff efficient.

    Our room was at the front on the road. It was extremely noisy and we had 2 disturbed nights. I did not like having a plastic backed under sheet on my bed.

    "Paid parking was available a couple of blocks away. When we went back to pick the car up on a Sunday, the parking garage was closed and didn't open until 10 am. That delayed our trip." (99192541)

    Hotel was right in the center of the city. Perfect for walking around to the sites.

    Hotel has no A/C. Room was too hot specially with young kids.

    "My questions before booking was only price and location. I needed to travel to Moscow via Brussel with a stop in Zurich. I did not really mind the rest. The Saint Nicolas turned out to be the best option qua price & location." (99785164)

    It is situated in the center of the city.Perfect location for travellers both business and personal.
