    Très bon séjour globalement.

    Beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre. Aucune explication du personnel sur le fonctionnement de la climatisation.

    "Overall we had no problem staying there and enjoyed our overnight break. The bar area was nice, aswell as the reception area... The only point I would make is that rooms are a little bit dated and could do with a freshen up ! " (107601085)

    Nice welcome from the reception staff and convenient parking and location..Breakfast was good too..

    The room could use a refurbishment and wouldn't class it as 4* standard - it also had a strong smell of smoke - My husband smokes and even he could smell it ! We were only there for one night so it didn't really bother us that much..

    Very clean, well staffed hotel, near to Grand Plas, 200m from main metro lines(underground trams), I have stayed her before but the showers have been updated & its very (very) clean now...... I will use this hotel again.... Forgot to say breakfast has UK scrambled eggs & local bacon grilled style and/or Continental with a selection cheese, ham, varoius bread rolls, boiled eggs, coffee, various teas, milk and juices. its allself service and there is loads off food... eat as much as you like....

    Lobby area good; reception good; concierge (?) excellent

    Room overwhelmingly hot; air-conditioning in room insufficient; window had no lock/catch to keep it open; shower head fixed vertically but not horizontally; breakfast room tired; surprised at early finish for room service (9.30pm) which meant no hot meal for a late arrival; inside lock on room did not seem to work.

    "Nice hotel, great staff, I would stay there again. They just need to do a few tweaks before I would class it as 4 star. Brussels is a great town for walking around, but beware, the drivers are mental :-) Prices vary quite a lot, so shop around before deciding where to eat etc. " (107921911)

    Very friendly staff, good location for Christmas market and town centre, wide selection at breakfast topped up quickly by staff. Nice entrance hall and clean public areas.

    No tea/coffee making facilities etc in the room. Expensive bar. Very noisy bin collection outside hotel at around 6.30! The car park is an extra charge, (about £5 per day,) and is VERY low, if your car is over 1.75m you will need to park quite a distance away.

    Location.

    Breakfast was poor. The price from one to another night was illogically different as the reservation was done one month in advance (exp.: Tuesday 174EUR and Wednesday 90 EUR)

    "Your hotel states that it is a 4 star hotel. It may have been a very long time ago, but now it is need of serious repair! There was rust in the water in the shower and bath, the heater did not work, the bathroom had previous occupants' hair in it and there were holes in the carpet and the plaster! Extremely poor overall! When I told the hotel staff at check out they did not offer any appology or price reduction. Extremely disappointed and would like a refund." (97644345)

    "Comfortable hotel if you get the right location of the room. Very conveniently located to the tram and also to the Grand Place. We felt very safe night and day." (97646556)

    The rooms(we had two were adequate. Our one was nice as far as the room goes. Breakfast reasonable and avaiable till 10.30 and not rushed which was excellent.

    Our room was nice inside but located in an awful part of the hotel since on Monday morning around 5.30 am the recycling van arrived and was crushing or moving bottles which was so loud and very disturbing. We ar e able to sleep through a lot but not this. We thought it was a one off but the exact same thing happened again on Wednesday wee hours of the morning. Not funny. Also our children's (adult) room was quite gloomy.

    Room was clean and domestic service was good.

    Room location was poor and the room was very dark.We felt very cramped in the room. The wardrobe door was also falling off, every time it was moved at all

    the staff was very helpful, and the foyer looks very nice as you come in. it is very central.

    the strong scent of industrial 'lemon scent' pervading the entire building. but the state of the furniture in the room (the chipped tables and outdated decor) and even the elevators made it difficult to understand how it could be ranked a 4 star hotel

    Location close to the city is very good.

    The receptionist recommended and booked a restaurant called Le Vieux Bruxelles and in my opinion it was overpriced and not terribly good.

    "The hotel was very clean, the room, while small and basic, was comfortable, and well serviced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet in terms of external noise, however, internally could be quite noisy due to internal construction (thin walls, and noisy doors to rooms) and cleaning staff starting at 8.00am" (99174580)

    Quiet location, very central to Brussels city center. A couple of English language TV channels available.

    Walls between the rooms were a bit thin, We could hear someone snoring next door, and no doubt they could hear me snoring. The hotel bar seemed to close very early (11.00pm) which didn't allow for an evening drink after returning from dinner.

    "I would defenitely recommend this hotel. It is perfectly located, very close to everything, about a 7-10 min walk from central station. The staff is excellent, the facilities are great. The rooms are very spacious, and most important of all they are extremely clean." (99701817)
