    GOOD VALUE FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY, CLEAN ADEQUATE BEDROOMS WITH EVERYTHING WORKING - NOT AMAZING BUT NOTHING WRONG WITH IT

    CHECK IN PROCESS SEEMED TO NEED TO PUT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD MORE TIMES THAN WAS NECESSARY

    "£90 per night is quite expensive for a hotel so far out of London. £75 would be a more appropriate price for services offered and the size of the room." (108945710)

    The room was small but airy as we could open the window and there was also a blind to keep flies out etc. The shower was excellent and on the whole the hotel was quiet.

    When we checked-in Friday night, we were not given the code to the leisure centre or informed about it. The information from Reception was minimal and not friendly.

    Very helpful and proffessional staff, Hotel was very clean, room service was excellent. Food from restaurant was wonderful.

    The room was very small for a double room, the bed was very soft.

    Restaurant food & service was first class and good value for money Room appeared to have been refurbished and was clean & in very good decorative order

    Room was on the small side but was more than adequate for a one-night stay Perhaps a little expensive even at the discounted rate of £95

    Pleasantly surprised as some of the reviews I had read were not very encouraging. Plenty of space in the double room. Very clean and pleasant staff. Beautiful gardens which were a nice surprise.

    My room was comfortable and I found the staff helpful and courteous. That comment applies to all staff I met. I enjoyed having dinner in the hotel and overall my stay was most pleasant and the hotel was well positioned for my visits to friends.

    No really 'bad' points. The TV didn't always have an excellent reception - somewhat fuzzy at times. I found the shower difficult to turn on and off when I first used it but I contacted reception re that and it was attended to during the day and then proved satisfactory.

    Personal war freundlich

    Beim Check-In war dem Personal nicht bekannt, dass ich online gebucht hatte. Das Hotel war sauber aber die Gebäudeteile sehr "verschachtelt". Die Zimmer waren nicht direkt mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Insgesammt könnte das Hotel gepflegter sein (fleckige Stuhlbezüge und Teppichböden, nur 4 engl. TV Programme)

    Restruant and food was excellent, a very good breakfast and the evening meal that we had was very good value for money

    This was not your hotel's fault but we experencied a couple in the opposite room banging doors and arguing for over an hour between 1.30 and 2.30 an. We did phone down to reception who quickly sent a person up to get the couple to stop, which eventaully they did.

    "very poor, the breakfast was not good, the dinners even worse, the food overall was not good. " (107795856)

    None really

    power was off befroe i arrived, they put me up in one of the rooms with out power. talking to one of the miantenance men he said the event had not happened in 15 ~ 20 years and did not know when they would have power back, yet the manager said they would have it back in about an hour. they put me up in temp room so i could shower since i had flown in from the states, and said i could go back to my original room once i had complpleted my shower. being an engineer and also a having a plant backround i trust the maint man, after showering and rest a bit they still did not have the power on. question 1, why did they put me in the room to beging with, and second whydid the lie about the situation. lastly on my last night the power went out again, so i call and the staff said it's fuse, well a half later i know it is not a fuse, so i called the fron desk asking them what it is and they tell me have of kent is without power yet my friend who lives there says they and all around them have power, and when i look out the windows the houses have power, coincidence i think not.

    Good food and polite service.

    T.V.not working properley in room. When informed not offered an alternative room. The room was very small and did not have the best of smells.

    Staff quick to react when rectifying problems Breakfast on second morning - very good. Mind you we were at the front of the queue.

    Day 1 and 2 only one hand towel supplied. Morning papers ordered for both days of stay - only one turned up Room very small. No dinner available on second night due to function. Sandwiches offered. Breakfast on first morning - dreadful- no eggs, no bacon, vert tired black pudding, sausage unable to cut. Coffee undrinkable.

    "Setting of hotel and state of rooms were good . check in etc , changing facilities were very poor. i appreciate it was very busy but breakfast on the following morning was also chaos . It was a special occasion and reception staff were unhelpful. " (97710537)

    Rooms were clean and had drink facilities.Large hotel and clean.Good leisure facilities.

    We could not check in on arrival.we had a wedding at 13:00 and had nowhere to get changed as there was not a room spare to get changed in. We had to change in the leisure centre and check in after our wedding at 01:00am with the bride and other guests it was chaos. The same for breakfast in the morning not enough organisation as everyone was waiting to find tables etc and queing up for food.

    Room very pleasant and air conditioned. Food very good and nicely presented.

    A spa pool was advertised. When I entered this, I noticed there was black scum around the pool, the water was very milky and there "bits" floating in the water. Very unpleasant. This was reported to Reception.

    "After staying in a Best Western only once before which ws very disappointing, i was a little concerned about this one. I needn't have been as it was a very pleasant surprise. Pleasant stay and hassle free." (97865496)

    The staff were very friendly. Those working in the restaurant were very attentive and friendly. Food was good and varied. Pretty gardens to be enjoyed on sunny days. The hotel although busy never felt crowded.

    "Initally, we were not too impressed, due to the state of the unclean bathroom, but once relocated, we found the place & food very good. There were no available car spaces due to a function that evening,which I found disappointing, but overall I would probably stay there again, if I could have the same room." (97490397)

    "The staff where all friendly, polite, helpful and well presented no matter what time of day you saw them. The hotel itself was close to the town centre witch made the hotel easy to get to without being so close that you could here the traffic or night life of Bromley. The weather stopped me and my partner from exploring the grounds but what we saw looked excellent and we are shore that the rest would have been just as impressive. The food was well presented and very tasty, we ordered room service witch arrived within 10 minutes of me hanging up the phone witch was excellent." (97672582)

    The room had a very nice view (room 319), it was a good size room with every thing we needed + more for our stay.

    It was a non-smoaking room. I know that thats not your fault but its the only thing i could think of.
