    "Very pleasantly surprised on the overall quality of the hotel, price, facilities, etc. Very well placed for shopping at the Trafford Centre Manchester but why didn't someone build a subway from the hotel to the shopping centre? Staff very friendly and helpful a pleasure to have stayed at this hotel." (108261368)

    Room lovely and big and the shower facility brilliant.

    No bad points; kettle didn't work but rectified very promtly.

    we were not permitted to check in till 215pm. then we ordered tea and a scone and it took 20 mins for the scone to be brought from the kitchen. then on the second day we were accused of smoking and someone walked straight into our room without knocking. it was disgraceful so we left on the second day even though we paid for that night. terrible hotel terrible staff.

    staff at the hotel were very helpful but you got the impression that the hotel was understaffed

    my partner is a celiach and is intollerent to wheat and glutan and she would be hospitalised if eaten whilst waiting for breakfast people were using same implements to put sausage and bacon on their plate sausage has wheat in so maybe you could put a sign on the breakfast area or colour code the utensils ?

    Very happy with visit - pleasantly surprised with high stndard of hotel. Was just looking for somewhere to kip after the coldplay concert! Great location. Friendly staff who were very efficient. The shuttle bus service was most useful and we didn't expect this so another nice surprise -excellent!!! Thank you for a lovely stay - hopfully see you again in the near future!.

    None really - maybe introduce some pastries to have with tea and coffee!!!

    I liked the overall feel of the place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious and clean.

    Charged full fare for my 13 year old and 17 year old on the shuttle bus. It would of been nice to get a student discount or similar. Maybe the bus was not connected to the hotel and it was a different company running the service.

    Hotel was very modern, spacious and clean [ seemed very new to us - do not know when built ]. The staff were very good and friendly - there was only one small blip see below. It was very handy to the M60 and the Trafford Centre. It was easily found as it stands out from the surroundings.Plenty of parking spaces too. We did not have food so cannot comment on that. They even put our cool bag ice blocks in the freezer for us.

    Only one -we were given the swipe card to our room and it did not work. On returning to the reception we were told it will work after some adjustments on their PC. Still did not work! Back again to reception [ glad we were not on the top floor!!] Then they retuened again to the room with us and they could not get it to work either - they used the master key to enter - only to discover the room was not cleaned and that was why the system would not allow entry by card!! So we returned [again!] to reception -with our luggage only to be given the room next door! There should have been a bit more checking why the card was not working, the first time we returned to reception - this was after a very long journey and a very long day in Manchester - 36 hours since we got out of bed the previous day, so we could have done without that - but it was a tiny problem compared to the rest of our stay.

    very friendly and helpful staff!!! Extraordinary motivated and happy to help and assist in any matter!

    no Mini-Bar. No room service! This was much much better during the Tulip-Inn times. Also those big TVs in every part of the leisure zone are very very annoying. I also very much missed the complimentary shower cap and tooth paste. Considering the room rate of over 60 pound sterling I think a miniature set of toiletries at 4,00 pound was far too expensive!! Especially as it didnt last you for longer than a night!

    Extremely helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and large clean rooms.

    There were two irons on our floor, one of which did not work. The shower rooms are very small.

    Brilliant service throughout with very attentive staff, enjoyed the freshly cooked buffet breakfast and at a very reasonable price....altogether a most emjoyable stay and i will have no hesitation in recommending it to our colleagues and friends

    Perfect for only a couple of nights, but if there for a week or so, the wardrobe space would be limiting, however, that did not affect our stay

    good size room, included in room hairdryer, shampoo/shower gel. staff very good. Location excellent for Trafford Centre and nearby attractions

    smallest bathroom in the world! so small sink was in the bedroom. Staff asked on check in if I had been told when I booked the room that the restaurant was being refurbished and that there was only cold buffet style breakfast which was set up in a meeting room. No facilities for evening meal/snacks

    We enjoy staying at the Premier, Trafford Centre. Good car parking facilities and near the shops! We have stayed several times in this hotel and find the staff amazingly helpful, especially KAMAL who is extremely courteousand efficient. Will definitely visit again!
