    matig ontbijt, mooi maar totaal vervallen pand met achterstallig onderhoud en gehorig. Ik zou niet weer boeken ondanks feit dat hotel centraal ligt

    Our room was located by the kitchen, we were woke up by very loud noise, non-stop keep on going noises very disappointing.

    Breakfast - not much choice - one cereal, no fruit or yoghurt Not enough plugs in bedroom - fan not working in bedroom - tv remote control falling apart

    Very close to shopping and leisure areas

    The room that I got was 100% different from I read in the internet site discription and I was refused to change it as it was on the rrof of the hotel - The hotel description in the internet like a 7 star hotel and the reality zero star!!!!! - I was given a room in the fourth floor and the elevator was to third only followed by a narrow and risky stairs -

    Conveniently placed for West End . Everything worked well and beds/room comfortable.Breakfast fine.

    Old hotel and our room needed redecoration..carpet worn in our room exposing metal fixing track at entrance to the bathroom. Reluctant to take Amex card in payment.

    The family room was very convenient as it had 2 bedrooms and we were travelling with our granddaughter.

    Unfortunately the shower over the bath didn't work - but as we were only staying for one night we didn't complain and could manage with the bath facility. The room we stayed in was in the basement and although it was very clean and comfortable it did need an upgrade in decoration.

    Booking over the internet site was easy

    Dirty, no service, very tatty, bathroom broken floor tiles, generally worn out, broken television, reception desk not particularly friendly, request money before your stay not after.

    Clean bedding and bathroom.

    Hot room radiator that could not be turned down and dining room staff who did not understand English! I was put on the 4th floor in the roof, no lift to that floor. Generally the Hotel was more like a basic B&B.

    Friendly staff.The room was a good size and teamaking facility and towels etc. were fine. The location is excellent - just a couple of minutes from central line underground - Marble Arch. I had a quiet night which is what I wanted and what distinguishes it from some other budget hotels I have stayed at in London.

    TV reception is appalling, even in the lounge - unwatchable to be honest. The only window was high up and there was no way of blocking light coming in. Not so great in the early mornings of summer.

    "Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: una camera doppia da 95£ dovrebbe essere almeno pulita!!" (97325704)

    Posizione centrale e ben collegato.

    Camera sporchissima, molto piccola e con un forte odore di fumo sebbene avessimo espressamente richiesto una camera non fumatori. Personale poco disponibile. Colazione continentale inclusa ma piuttosto misera.

    "The rooms were adequate for the stay, but we had trouble paying for the room by our company credit card, which would not be in possesion of the people staying at the hotel. We wanted to pay in advance, but the hotel were very reluctant to take this over the phone. We then faxed copies to them. When our employees were booking in they asked if the rooms had been paid for direct, and the hotel said this had not been done. Our emplyees were distressed by this as they had no means of paying for the hotel. We then had to fax another copy of the details to the hotel." (99847469)

    location.

    we stayed in the basement room 700 the window in the bathroom did not shut so was open for intruders. there was no handle either side of door on one room which is a health and safety issue.The overall feel was unhygienic.

    Reasonable size room, convenient location, reasonable internet price

    breakfast was minimal in choice , a few more cereals and choice of juice would make a difference! Really let the whole experience down

    "In general the hotel accommodation was acceptable but the hot water tap in our room was not working, as we only stayed one night we did not mention this at the time. The worst problem was the state of the breakfast and we will not book and stay there again. The receptionist at the time was helpfull and did not charge for the breakfast, we did leave a note at the time for the proprietor." (99299210)

    Our full breakfast was not satisfactory. Only the eggs were hot all else was cold and even though we sent them back they were still not hot, just barely warm.
