    Room was clean. Everything worked. Location is excellent. The online reservation was easy and accurate.

    Good value for money and within walking distance of the South Bank

    Had to queue for breakfast on Sunday morning - but the staff where efficient and cheerful so this ddn't spoil the experience. Oh and the bar ran out of gin & crisps on saturday night!

    Very clean, welcoming, everything worked. Reception staff were helpful & efficient. Easy access to central London.

    Air conditioning was largely ineffective. Different tariffs ( rooms ) were confusing.

    "As above Very small room right next to the lift for 10 days. Nothing else available, without keep swapping. Reception staff was confused as to whether he had taken the full amount on the day of check-in, or just took a request on the full amount £1300. Which he told me he had taken, on arrival."     Very basic, small room. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower screen leaked into the bathroom floor

    Handy for Waterloo and Eurostar

    Prices of small bottles of water advertised on a notice were not in accord with what we were asked to pay.

    Very good value,convenient to underground and main line rial in Waterloo,

    1 lift for a 6 storey buiding was slow at peak times. Do not like the soap and shampoo containers

    Cleanliness was excellent. Bathroom and shower very good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable

    Air conditioning was inadequate. Had to have windows open as much as possible, and that was a problem in a front room because of the noise. Duvets too thick for warm weather. The alternative of a sheet would be helpful. Limited TV choice - no Freeview.

    The accomodation was central, value for money, clean and perfect for our overnight stay in London.

    The rooms were very warm which isn't a really bad thing especially on a very cold night but it was quite mild when we were there.

    "Very little to say really - it was an overnight stay around a company dinner dance. I needed a facility to shower/dress for the evening and a bed for the night with easy access to both the evening venue and my office. This gave me both at a reasonable rate." (99092150)

    There was a great big pillar preventing access to one side of the double bed - so it was necessary to always walk around the far side of the bed.

    "this hotel is very afordable for larger famileis on a tight budget,there was seven of us having two rooms.the staff were very accomadating as we had a very early breakfast,the rooms were very clean and comfy,the only thing we would have liked to have known was the price of hotel parking before we got there,as we found this a bit of a shock,we did not except to pay extra."     Clean, standard hotel room. Helpful staff. Pleasant breakfast (continental). We forgot toothpaste and that was supplied by reception which was good.

    The temperature of the shower fluctuated a bit.

    "We would stay here again. Excellent one night stop over with easy check in and room was very clean. Great value for money and a decent shower - sometimes lacking in hotels of all standards.     Good value, very clean and easy. Bathroom facilities excellent (great shower!) Check in was quick and easy, no problems at all.

    Room was very small, but it was London and it was extremely good value and just one night. We wouldn't have fancied a week in tht size room with a 10 and 12 year old!

    Good room layout - not too small. Excellent bathroom. Tea/Coffee making facilities were handy.

    Very close to the Victoria Station for train to Paris as well as a nice walking distance from other major attractions. The staff are phenomenal - all of them - cannot say enough about 'going above and beyond' even when it was not necessary. Additionally, our train left at 5:30 am so we would have missed breakfast by checking out at 4am. The staff got us some cereal, milk and yoghurt to make sure that we had breakfast - and these are young people who demonstrated a very high level of customer service.

    The air conditioning broke on our second night - although the staff responded immediately and offered us either the use of a fan and/or changing rooms. We took the fan but then had to change rooms anyway.
