    Nice clean hotel, comfortable beds, more then enough parking space, friendly staff.

    Maybe just a little bit too far away from all Points of Interests.

    Clean room and comfortable bed

    Even though I had booked 3 nights over the internet site (and had the e-mail confirmation back to prove it) I had only been booked in for one night. This had to be corrected at check in and the receptionist did not apologise for the error that had been caused, making me feel as though it was my fault (even though it wasn't). It doesn't take much effort to be polite and these things do matter to your customers. A little more customer excellence training I think.

    food at breakfast poor quality. Insufficient food at breakfast and no staff around to ask to replenish. dirty tables stacked with dishes. staff washing our table whilst we were still dining. vending machine out of order. pc out of order

    For two adult brothers and two teenagers (13 & 16) this was perfect for our purpose,a Spurs match (won 4-0!)and off to Stansted Airport next day. Very prof. and friendly staff, and ecellent value for money related to expensive down-town likewise. Yesss!!

    "Breakfast - or no breadrolls, no orange juice, no apple juice, no meats or cheeses - When you question with the staff, their english was very poor not understanding what I was asking for. How can large hotel run out of bread rolls when sainsburys is 50 yards away. Breakfast I understand was from 7.30 until 10, how can at 9 there was nothing left and people had to keep asking for things. Very Poor breakfast." (97213438)

    We judge a staying place by the cleaniness of its bathroom and this was excellent.

    continental breakfast and self clearing. If we want these both we would have staged with friends and family. Serve full enlish breakfast.

    "This hotel is fine for its format - it provides a clean room with all the basics you need (but nothing more), everything worked OK and the staff were friendly enough.     "The personal service is non existant. when i check in i would like to know if breakfast is included where the restaurant is, if there is a gym or shop, without having to ask and recieve a tortured response. The service relys on leaflets and notices which people don't read because they assume they are not going to be of interest to them. It sounds stupid that people ignore the obvious leaflets but thats just human behaviour. If you had the service of a 5 star hotel in terms of customer service through the staff then people wouldn't notice that there isn't flowers in the rooms for example and that there are no over the top frills and luxuries."     we had a room where the window didn't close because it was broken so the room was freezing as it is winter. toothpaste and toothbrushes should be in the rooms rather than having to request it at reception.

    "The stay in general was fine, not really any complaints, it was clean I didn't really talk to the staff an awful lot but they were always curteous on the rare occasion that they were needed. As I say I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, struggled to find something I liked to eat." (2873807)

    Was good enough for what we wanted, just wanted somewhere to stay overnight.

    The breakfast was poor. Not much choice and not a lot that we liked.

I would ike to have known that there is no easy access to an evening meal and standard directions to a(some) restaurant(s)would have been helpful.     "As mentioned above, as the hotel is beside the very busy and noisy North Circular Road, to open the windows letting in some air does not help sleep! Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be much better. We chose this accommodation as it was best located for our purposes, however one situated in a quieter location would have been more preferable." (2670830)

    The room was well set out and not cramped. Ideal for our purpose.
