    Excellent location and lovely views from room; staff were very helpful. Good parking.

    Room was very small; a bit expensive for what was available.Also, we had a set meal in the restaurant. The main course was excellent (bbq prawns) but dessert was a tumbler of tinned fruit! Not good value.

    The change of name to Mandarina without warning us. Thus we hqd a hard time finding the hotel. The lack of elevator to room 31, which was not on the first floor, but higher.

    "This hotel was everything we expected. The items identified as dislikes were minimal & did not negatively impact our visit. Unfortunatly we did not have the opportunity to enjoy more time at this hotel. We would have liked to enjoy our breakfast on the terrace, but the morning was just a bit too cool & we did not have the time to enjoy a leisurely breakfast." (3304485442)

    "The turn into the car park from the road is dangerous with an immediate double bend down into the tiny parking area. Left us worried each time we had to go out. You have to be very fit to walk down steep road into Grasse and back up the hill! Evening meal was available, if booked, but there was no choice of menu. Staff were friendly." (3304480840)

    Beautiful view from our double room which was quite spacious and had a large bathroom/shower.

    There was no facility to make a hot drink. Balcony was tiny. No air conditioning or fans so, with temps very high, it was uncomfortable.

    Fantastic views across the Grasse plain to the coast.

    "The hotel is very suitable for a visit to Grasse. However the walking down and up to/from the center (approx. 800 m )is quite a work and not so safe on a through traffic road without a real walk way (We were parking the car and walking downtown for a dinner with wine!). When taking the car no problem. For us also walking was no problem but for elderly people could be. In any case we would have taken the hotel even when knowing that." (2706239)

    "It was said a 300 meters from center town, but it was all uphill and very heavy to walk up with all our baggage.+ I am forbidden to carry things and there where impossible to get an taxi in the place. A bad start for the trip!" (2318868)
