Trés bon accueil. Petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Chambre confortable. Hôtel très bien située.

"Well appointed position in Antwerp. My stay was for New Year and weather quite chilly but hotel was very warm and my room's heating very good. Breakfast was a buffet with good selection of food ranging from hot scrambled or boiled eggs. Cold meats and Cheeses. Yoghurts, cereals and fruit. Kept well stocked. Room had coffee making facilities and very good hairdryer in bathroom. All in all value for money." (97562305)
Very central position. Close to all sightseeing spots and overlooking the river.
Nothing really, except the hot water taps were 'hit and miss' one minute scalding then icy cold.

It was VERY close to the old city center! We walked to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was good - near the center.
The hotel in general is a little tired and run down

Lack of hotelparking or discount in nearest public parking; expensive open air public parking. I paid Euro 25,00 for 1 night (from 06:00 PM to 11:00 AM).

It is very nearby the center of town, the rooms are spacious and clean, the service is adequate

"we enjoyed the city and the restaurants only down side was we could not find an indian restaurant and our last night we had steaks at hte staek house and were very dissapointed the did not know how to cook them!our partners had taken part in the half iron man and so needed so well earned protein!!" staff very helpful and breakfast fantastic could not fault it yummy
when checking the receptionist was constantly being distracted by the phone we did feel it was rude and therefore we had to wait longer to get checked in, we are patient people but i am sure this is not the policy ?
