    Difficult to find the hotel as it was not in Porto Cervo, as advertised, but the hotel was in a nice residential location close to Port Cervo It was unfortunate that building work was taking place opposite the hotel

    "The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice with a good selection of bread, pastries, charcuterie and cheese. The room was a good size, with a balcony, was clean and everything was in working order. The food in the restaurant was nice but a little fussy - the food and the dining room in the Maquis across the road was nicer and better value for money. But overall a comfortable, friendly place to stay. Not ideal for someone who wants to be close to the beach and the centre of town, but still a good location with a nice view and a short walk from supermarkets and other restaurants." (2790906)

    Clean and comfortable, everything was in working order. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was good (it is away from the busiest part of town and has a nice view of the hills and sea).

    The restaurant was closed some of the time during our stay and when it was open I felt that although the food was nice, value for money could have been better.

    "ambiance familiale et excellent accueil de la part de la direction et du personnel du Bella Vista de Porto, bonne table et belle carte, soin et propreté parfaite, pas situé sur le bord de mer (à5mn) mais belle vue sur les montagnes, en bord de la route du littoral peu fréquentée la nuit, environnement calme (même début août): on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et respirer la Corse ..."     "Found it a bit confusing as was under the impression that i had paid for the first nights accommodation as a guarantee that i would turn up but apparently they just wanted your number so they had it as insurance. i would quite like to be able to pay for the accommodation before I turn up so I dont have to take so much money."     parking insuffisant par rapport à la capacité del'hôtel.lorsqu'il pleut,l'accés à l'hôtel s'avère difficile : grosse flaque devant l'entrée.
