    It was difficult to find the hotel with the directions we had.It took us an hour!!!!

    the bedroom had a terrible smell when we entered it .We Had to open the window for 15 min ,and spraying the room with our parfum

    Room security was good.Quiet location, handy (short walk) location to many popular restaurants....

    More guest room amenities such as face cloths etc General lighting could be far better especially in the guest corridors. Restaurant attentiveness could be better...not very service oriented :-(

    "Our flight from Venice was delayed and we arrived much later than planned. Despite the late hour (around 1:30 am), we were very cordially and professionally greeted by the front desk and checked in. Had a good nights sleep followed by a very good breakfast. As a travel agent, I would reccommend this hotel to anyone passing through Beauvais airport..My only caveat is that I needed more specific directions to easily locate the hotel at night." (97701318)

    Clean safe and very resonably priced. Very good value.

    Fairly handy to Beauvais airport, allowing for overnight stay following late night arrival. Despite language difficulties, very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room fairly small but good value for money. very clean and adequate facilities.

    Friendly staff, especially at the bar/restaurant

    The fact that it was advertised online that there was a free shuttle running from the hotel to the airport but none of the staff could tell me the time of the shuttle-bus nor could they tell me how to find out the time. The airport had no time table either.

    Triple room was clean,and there were plenty of towels.

    No travel cot provided even though I had emailed ahead.Stayed during July 34/35 degrees no air conditioning and no fan available when we asked. The bar had limited opening hours and the restaurant wasn't open at all but we weren't told this at check in. The only edible part of the breakfast buffet was the cereal, everything else was stale so we ended up paying 21euro for 3 bowls of cereal one being for a 6 year old.

    "I would have liked to know more precisely where the hotel was in relation to the airport and train station as this was a transportation stay, not a sightseeing stay. We got in late and left early. At 85E, or over $100, it was a relatively expensive stay, although we found many European hotels of moderate accomadatio to be expensive. The hotel did fit our needs, but if I could have found something closer to transporation, I would probably have booked there. This would probably be a $65 room in the U.S." (3304700654)

    The breakfast available was welcome, given the hotel's remote location and our press to leave for the train station. We came in very late due a plane delay and the desk clerk stayed up to greet us.

    As with many European hotels, this one is overpriced, in our opinion. but it was in good condition and the staff was good. It is on a par with American motels. The hotel is a half hour ride by bus from the airport.
