    Locatie goed voor ferry maar zeer veel geluidsoverlast.

    ??n van de bedden bleek niet verschoond te zijn. Toen we dit ontdekten was er geen personeel meer aanwezig om dit te melden en te laten herstellen.

    It is always clean and everything in good order. Facilities are basic but good.

    "A case of you get what you pay for! This type of accomodation would only be suitable for a couple of nights. There is no-one to complain to about noisy guests - trust me, there were some! Sleeping soundly was a definate problem." (108103433)

    Friendly Staff Clean Room and hotel. Nice Breakfast Value for money

    Noisy guests at night. Outdated decor. In need of intensive clean and building works!

    Good parking, Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were able to have a 3 bedded room. The tariff was really good.

    The shower cubical door didn't close properly but was still useable. There were damp patches on the ceiling of both the bathroom and the bedroom which was a bit off putting but not bad enough to make me want to complain to the management.

    near to car ferry - not so near eurotunnel

    bathroom had paper hanging off ceiling, no bulb in one of the bedside lights. room noisy - hotel is amongst houses, and children playing noisily outside till gone 10.00 pm. Poor soundproofing of rooms, and the design of the hotel meant that anyone arriving early in the morning could be heard echoing along all the corridors.

    "Once again the biggest good point was the friendly and very helpfull staff on the reception and resturant,the bed was very comfortable and in genral the stay was ok." (107511486)

    The staff were very good and nothing was to much for them to do,very well done

    There was no tea and coffee making facilaties,the showers were dirty and the sink leaked.

    Easy as a stop over for the channel tunnel. The room is basic but cheap for 3 people staying in the same room. There is a TV but no hairdryer or tea/coffee making facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

    The bathroom was not very clean - hair on the floor from previous occupant. One of the pillows was very flat.

    Good value, quietly efficient

    Not that easy to find - need to provide directions from ferry as well as from motorway and would be helpful if covered a larger area on map. Limited bar and restaurant facilities in hotel and surrounding area.

    lady in reception seemed nice.

    even though we booked it months earlier, they had no reservation for us. was told check in was from 2pm, hotel was shut until 5pm.

    The reception is close from 12 to 17 every day, 5 hours is out of order for this kind of business!! The breackfast cost ?6.50 per person and is worth that 5.

    The place was a dump, batteries for channel changer were held in with tape, low to no lighting in hall way, could not give adequate direction to hotel, coke machine did not work. I felt like I was staying in a war ship from World War II.

    Clean and good value for money, good location for the major roads and the tunnel!

    Bit noisey and no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, but it was only for 1 night! Plus only 1 English tv channel!
