    La chambre a été récemment rénovée mais en se contentant de masquer les grandes irrégularités du sol par un plancher artificiel....ce qui ne fait qu'accentuer les défauts.

    Les nombreuses caméras de surveillances dans les parties communes nous ont fort dérangé. Nous nous sommes posé la question suivante: combien de caméras y a t-il dans chaque chambre? De plus, au niveau éclairage, certaines lampes de la chambre et de la salle de bains s'éteignent régulièrement...

    Location & car parking

    This room ( No41) should have remained as the store room it probably used to be.It was not in the hotel building, it was at the rear and accessed only via the car park. The door was fully glazed and overlooked by others rooms on in the main building,the was a full length curtain which hwen pulled mean the light had to be switch on. There were no windows in the bedroom or bathroom making it a clostrophobic and depressing place to be.

    Modernised room with good quality fittings. Central position.

    Didn't make it clear if room was twin or double. I enquired during the online booking process and again by email a couple of days later but in the end had to phone to enquire.

    The room was clean and smoke free. Plenty of hot water. No traffic noise and good location

    Very small room, nothing like the picture of a superior room on the website. Very cheaply refurbished, with small TV.

    Small dark and extremely noisy room due to lack of sound-proofing throughout the hotel. During the evening other people staying at the hotel on our floor all met up on the landing as the noise level increased from above and below!

    The hotel is in a good location. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was plentiful.

    Building work across the road very noisy - with an early start. I would have liked a curtain on the bathroom window!

    Friendly,helpful staff, very clean and smartly decorated, constant hot water and lovely ensuite.Very close to shops, restaurants and beach.

    Would have liked a little more choice for breakfast eg warm boiled eggs and a wider variety of cereals. Surprised to find no drawers in room and shower head didn't have a wall bracket.

    Friendly and helpful staff and location in the heart of Le Touquet, especially good for Saturday morning market.

    Our party had 3 double rooms. 1 had no facility for hanging clothes but was changed when requested. 2 of 3 did not have any facilty for making drinks.Rooms were quite cramped.

    In a good position, and attractive interior. Stayed in room No. 19 Room was in a quiet position. Car park was good.

    inadequate heating in room : heating did not come on until 8 pm and only came on at 8 a.m. and no heating in the bathroom, which is really unsatisfactory as we couldn't shower comfortably. Expensive breakfast (9 euros for continental per person)

    Cheap. Free parking.

    Staff not very helpful or prepared to put themselves out. I asked for a mid-morning check-in if possible. On arrival I was told no access to rooms until 12.00. I returned at 12.00 and told to come back at 2.00 pm! Reception closed until after 9.00am the following morning when I wanted to check-out earlier. I was not advised that reception would be not staffed until 9.00am.

    Furniture chipped and well used, stayed in un- refurbished room, friends room overlooked road and they were woken at 5.30am to market stalls being erected, no hook for shower over bath.

    "We booked this hotel as we were looking for a hotel at a reasonable price with a central location. However, although the room was supposedly a superior double, it was very cramped and basic. There was a television in the room which only worked on 3 stations. Our friends were also staying on the same package. Their room (and tv) were much better so may be we were unlucky. Overall the hotel did not offer value for money and for not much more we could have booked a much better hotel." (97920888)

    Still reasonable value for the price

    Hot water was variable. The staff took my wife's nightdress in error and we were not able to contact anyone that night to find out what had happened. The explanation next day (when they found it) was inadequate. A lot of French customers were also complaining that morning.
