  "Lovely hotel in the Alps. Stayed one night whilst following the Tour de France in the summer but the hotel's busy season is obviously Winter skiing. Next door to a great restaurant too. Can't wait to go back one day." (99633549)

  Superb room size, quiet and great views over the Alps. Large bed.

  Only one minor point. The bath had no hot water although the shower was piping hot.

  "When booking we were confused by the name. I thought that we were booking Les Servages d'Armelle which is the hotel next door. However, there was an arrangement between the hotels to allow us to have breakfast in d'Armelle, although we thought that an additional Euros 18 per head was very expensive for a continental breakfast. As this was a skiing holiday, the main advantage was the ease of access to the runs and lifts when the snow conditions are favourable." (3304342569)

  Very good size room and bathroom. Newly built/refurbished - very clean. Good mountain views and able to ski in and out of the front door. Free garage parking.

  Reception was not manned - we had to call a mobile phone on arrival. TV and telephones in the rooms would be helpful.

  "V Good location....personal service....clean and fresh...plenty hot water...excellent car parking.Could do with a ski boot drier,which is an important factor for warm feet for the next day. Thanks to the Madame....and the wonderful nearby restaurant." (3304082833)

  Perhaps a kettle in the room for hot drink.

  "Book a taxi to meet you from the bus - the hotel is 1km from the centre uphill and there is no taxi rank." (1666083)

  Extremely helpful staff who helped us with a difficult transport problem, well beyond the call of duty. Lovely, spacious, quiet rooms.
