    Good location for walking to Eiffel Tower, Hotel Invalides, Grand Palais,Louvre Notre Dame and Champs Elysees within 30-60 mins. relatively cheap, staff at desk spoke English

    Decor of rooms a bit tired. No a/c in room which can get quite warm in summer. So-called satellite television consisted of CNN Eurosport and a German MTV channel with very poor quality reception on any channel. Little local information provided in the rooms. If they wish to move upmarket they could provide a little more information and a bit more up to date facilities.

    Excellent location, hotel really nice for a 2 star. Staff very helpfull and spoke good English. We went on a motorbike and were able to park it 20 yards in front of the hotel, we could see it from the window, very safe. Hotel is within walking distance to most attractions. There is a metro station 100 yards from the hotel. En suite shower was very good and clean.

    No coffee making facilities in the room.

    Cet hôtel est très bien situé, près d'une station de métro sur la ligne 12 qui mène à la porte de Versailles pour le parc des Expositions. La même ligne mène à St Lazare (accès au Printemps et au quartier des théâtres. idem : accès rapide au Trocadéro. La chambre quadruple était propre et fonctionnelle, et non bruyante car située côté cour. Le personnel est accueillant et courtois. Le petit déjeuner ( un peu cher:9€) est copieux et vous permet de partir rassasié en ballade!En hiver, il est plus agréable de déjeuner sur place que de chercher à le faire pour un prix prohibitif à l'extérieur. Pour manger adresse extra:dans la rue, un peu plus bas en face, le café Pasteur.

    Les murs des chambres et des parties communes semblent avoir besoin d'un petit coup de neuf, la peinture s'écaille un peu partout!

    "Had a great stay at the Innova. Staff very friendly despite the language barrier (must learn French!). Perfect position for metro, shops and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be going back." (97432919)

    Hotel is very clean. Staff very obliging and friendly. Has internet access. Excellent position - across the road from the metro (Pasteur) and lovely bakery. Plenty of restaurants and bars within 0 to 15 minute walk. Also chemist shop across road. Very clean room. Clean towels every day and change of sheets during our stay. Good double glazing!

    On very busy road - double glazed door cuts the noise down very well if it isn't too hot to shut them! No kettle or fridge in room. No safe in room.

    Expensive breakfast. We did not buy it. Breakfast should have been included in the price. No electric kettle in the room. Ironing board provided was in bad shape.

    "Great Location, Great value for money, Excellent English Speaking staff and the whole Checklin and Checkout process was a breeze. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Will surely visit again if i am in Paris." (97710990)

    The whole process was extremely simple and Hotel staff tried their best in not getting into the way of our activities. IT was like having a complete freedom. Besides It was a great value for money considering its location in central City area.

    Really not much to say about this. Though the general reception area has quite old furniture and looks dirty. On first entering the hotel we thought we are going to have a tough time, but were pleasantly surprised on checking in the room.

    "The hotel Innova was pretty much as expected. It was fairly small, by American standards but fairly clean. It was very convenient to the metro (right across the street) which is good because it's not in central paris. The staff was helpful in leading us to the right direction to tourist spots. They even let us store our bags there while going around the city before our train ride. Although the elevator did not work our first night there, it fixed by the time we woke up the next morning. Overall it's definitely more than expected from a 2-star hotel" (99197157)

    "Small, attractive hotel in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were recently redecorated. Not too near the main tourist attractions, but the Metro is literally a few steps away. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on its quality. My main reservations are the size of the room for the price, and the lack of free wireless Internet access, which is becoming standard in the western world. There is one computer and printer available in the lobby for 5 euro per hour, however." (99478370)

    Very clean and attractive (recently renovated). Staff was also very pleasant and spoke English.

    Room was very small for the price and lacked some common amenities: wireless Internet and facial tissue. Breakfast should have been included in price.

    "Everything was wonderful. The staff was always ready with our key, they were so so helpful whenever we had a question and had great attitudes. We said to ourselves over and over how happy we were when we were there." (99617330)

    Our room was very clean, ameneties were up to date and nice looking. We had a lovely view of the street, and the staff was wonderfully accomadating to us.

    The very last morning, when we were scheduled to be picked up by our shuttle, our wake up call was 40 minutes late, and therefore we were very rushed leaving.

    "This is a neat hotel in general. Tho the rooms are small, they are clean and everything in the room functions properly.     "We had a triple room which was comfortable but quite small (doubles look a bit more spacious)- but once you get over this Innova is a great place to stay -remember you don't sit in your hotel room if you are in Paris. The room was very clean as was the bathroom which had an excellent shower. It faced over the back (think all the larger rooms did) and had a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window ( I asked for a room with a view and got one!). Had breakfast twice @ 8 euros which was eat as much as you want continental. The location is good - 20 mins walk from E Tower or Notre Dame but the great thing is that it is 50 yards from the metro which is is THE way to get around - buy carnet of 10 tickets and you can get anywhere in the city like lightening for one euro - cant think had to wait more than 3 minutes for a train anytime - great service! Good service to and from both airports by air france bus from Montparnasse station 5 mins walk away. Slight noise from pipes in the wall at night in our room but not enough to keep us awake. No problems in recomending this place to anybody....." (3305143034)

    "The service was excellent; we always came home to an immaculately made bed after a long day's walk! We loved the friendliness of the staff. They were always willing to help and were very polite. Breakfast was available for an extra charge which was nice to have there if you wanted it. We had a very cool key card to open the door with which was cool! Please use this hotel as it is personal and friendly and a relaxing place to come back to after a long day of touring Paris! We will be using the Hotel Innova again." (3304146022)

    The room was clean and had its own shower and toilet ensuite. The entrance to the hotel was warm and friendly as were the staff. There was a reliable and clean lift which was essential as we were on the 5th floor. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window!
