    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great,the rooms were really clean and the location is fantastic.

    Enjoyed the whole experience. Staff very friendly and helpful even to reserving a table at a restaurant which was so popular we would never have had a table.

    Only thing that went wrong was we had to wait over an hour for the taxi from the ferry terminal. Next time we will ask you to send one for us

    Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de Dieppe juste en face de la mer et bon accueil. Les chambres rénovées avec leurs salles de bains sont très biens !

    This hotel is excellent cleanliness, staff, why it is only a 2 star I am puzzled would easily be a 4-5 star in England. Will definately go back.

    We have stayed in this hotel before, and have always been very pleased, but this time the room had been reburbished and was extremely comfortable and clean - we shall be returning to this hotel on our way home from a business conference at the end of September, so that tells how pleased we were.

    "Séjour parfait, cet hôtel est très agréable du point de vue de sa situation, face à la mer, mais aussi et surtout grâce au personnel accueillant, attentif et de bon conseil. Il mériterait mieux qu'un deux étoiles,les chambres sont neuves, propres et agréables. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir le choix de profiter d'une chambre plus spacieuse car libre à notre arrivée que celle réservée sur le net." (97217082)

    "We had a very comfortable stay in this Hotel. It is well situated and accessible ( although there are a lot of stairs) The staff were pleasant and accommadating. Parking was a little difficult when we first arrived but there is an area for pulling into to unload your cases and book in and a space was found outside the hotel within a few minutes. Rooms vary but ours was excellent, although smelt a little of paint ( It was newly decorated) but my daughters was quite small, but was changed without a fuss." (97154703)

    The room was excellent, decorated to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was designer finished and helped provide us with a luxury experience.

    My Daughter was disappointed in her first room but this was due to her having viewed ours first. The hotel offered a change in room and she was very pleased with the beautiful bathroom.

    "Was a relief to find out the staff were able to speak english. booking was slightly confusing as the website stated payment would be debited 2 days before arrival, but we had to pay in cash. fortunately this did not pose a problem as we had enough cash to cover this, but it could have been a bigger issue if no cards were taken and we did not have enough cash. Overall we found the stay enjoyable and relaxing and found the staff accommodating and helpful." (97737832)

    "To park in the public car park opposite the hotel, you need to be aware that each lane is one-way. One is a road, one is the car park itself. It doesn't look like that at first sight. So, when you enter the car park, you either need to drive right to the end and enter the car park there, or enter in one of the breaks in the reservation and do a U-turn. It's often full."     "The hotel situated on the sea front is well located for shops and restaurants, the rooms are clean and well presented, staff are friendly and helpful with information on the local area. Car parking can be a problem due to restricted space at the hotel, parking is free along the sea front but it can be difficult to find a space." (97648567)

    "The staff were brilliant, they made our stay so welcoming. The gentleman on the desk spoke very good english and allowed us to book in early as our room was ready. This was very much appreciated as we had travelled from the North of England the day before and was very tired.The food at breakfast was very good. I would of liked to of known that there were english speaking staff before going as that would of been helpful. I most certainly would book the same hotel again. In fact we hope to go back early next year.Once again my thanks to the staff." (97727655)

    Excellent position - close to ferry, seafront and town centre. Good buffet breakfast. Small & friendly. Good value for money

    Bedside lights didn't work. Plumbing was a bit smelly

    Very clean.

    The shower had to be hand held. A bracket on the wall would have been more helpful especially for hair washing.
