    Friendly and helpful reception desk.Clean and well ordered hotel.All my questions about Le Havre and it's environs were answered.Charming manager.Excellent English.Well situated opposite the rail and bus stations.

    clean, friendly, quiet, right next to the train station, 10 minute walk to the town square, inexpensive, hot high pressure shower

    the only bad thing I can say is that the shower head was wobbly

    "Hotel is not far from the centre and close to the motorway. Room was clean and tidy with small bathroom and separate toilet. TV in a room. We stayed only one night but we got really good service. Receptionist was very nice and helpful and could speak English very well. Breakfast simple but nice (continental). Good place fro a short stay." (97847006)

    "Les chambres sont relativement confortable, il n'y a que la salle de bains qui est un peu étroite. Le personnel est très accueuillant, très serviable. Certaines chambres sont un peu bruyantes selon leur disposition." (97317837)

    L'hôtel est très bien placé: relativement proche du centre ville et surtout de la gare (qui est juste en face).

    "J'ai passé un très bon week-end dans cet établissement et je pense que je reprendrais le même hôtel si je dois retourner au havre. La ville du havre est très agréable et il y a beaucoup magasins pour flâner. De plus, l'hôtel est d'autant plus pratique qu'il est situé juste en face de la gare SNCF. En revanche, cela peut être bruyant la nuit car il y a un bar/tabac juste en dessous de l'hôtel ce qui fait que beaucoup de jeunes qui s'y réunissent en scooter." (97138863)

    La chambre était très propre, le service était parfait et le personnel très agréable.

    La salle de bain était un peu petite mais cela n'était pas spécialement grave.

    Clean, bright (newly dec. rooms). Fresh, good quality croissants and bread. Plumbing etc gd. Good bed. Friendly proprietor.

    Rather noisy with front room - 1 nt- (street junction traffic noise early am), but back room -2nts- v. quiet.

    "We don't mind staying in a cheap grotty hotel if it is in a nice area, however this hotel was cheap and grotty, and so was its location. Therefore, we had to drive away to nearby towns like Hornfleur to have an evening meal." (2653428)

    Cleanliness. Inside drawers were filthy. Also, bathrooms were smelly.

    "We thought the room was very small. The carpet was badly stained, shower door very grubby, tiles in shower broken and left inside the shower on the side, toilet pull flush was hanging from the cistern. We think €44 was rather a lot considering the standard of the room.We will not be staying there again." (2265163)

    Close to the ferry terminal. The gentleman on the desk was very nice and helpful.

    "Room was adequate and you get what you pay for. The road outside is noisy. The curtains do not close and do not block out the light. I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for a no-frills option in Le Havre." (2273086)

    Cheap and convenient location near the ferry terminal in Le Havre. Hotel staff were very helpful.

    Cleanliness of the bathroom (mould on the walls) and provision of better curtains.
