    "The room itself was pretty much what we expected, but the bathroom looked like no one had cleaned it thoroughly in ages and there was a stain (blood??) on the door. No shower curtain meant that the bathroom floor ended up very wet." (97574126)

    "The hotel is in a great spot, very centrally located. In addition, the hotel staff were extremely polite, attentive and helpful - an absolute pleasure to deal with. The checkout policy is good too, with the ability to check out at noon. Also, the hotel was very clean and tidy with superfast wifi connection. The only problem with the hotel is the fact it is a little dated and need of refurbishment. Also the rooms were a little noisy but not too bad." (97327958)

    The location of the hotel was great - right on the square in the middle of the city centre. In addition, the hotel staff were extremely polite, attentive and helpful - an absolute pleasure to deal with.

    The hotel seems in need of a little refurbishment, but other than that - no problems at all.

    view was superb, large room

    TV was too small and volume even at maximum was not loud enough. Bed was rather smaller than i expected, toilet was cramped and the shower sprayed water all over the floor.

    Having to drag cases up stairs from car park. No shower curtain in bath so water went everywhere!

    "Despite instructions, we found the hotel difficult to find. Its concrete mass was dismaying and its design not helpful to travellers - we parked in the car park, as advised but had to lug suitcases up two flights of stairs to get to reception. The reception is wide and inviting and the staff excellent. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom toiletries generous and comprehensive. We found the decor rather soulless but it is an ideal business man's stop." (3304508128)

    "The hotel's restaurant provided only 'breakfast'. The adjoining 'servicing' restaurant was closed on Sunday. Therefore there was not any food available from the hotel. The hotel staff were not over helpful in identifying an acceptable 'food outlet'. Monday was of course 1st May - so Limoges was pretty dead for two days. Fortunately the purpose of our visit was to visit Oradour sur Glane so Monday was spent out of town." (3304484779)

    "The information provided was good enough, I generally go out and explore the area and find my own restaurants etc. Breakfast was good Location was good and central and in the heart of things, all very enjoyable and everything was within walking distance. The staff were always polite and friendly and the manageresss was excellent." (3304413179)

    "Staff at the hotel were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything proceeded in a business like way. Overall we were pleased except for my comment on breakfast in the previous section." (3304169090)

    Accommodation was adequate,clean,tidy and pleasant

    Pricing structure. It was never made clear that the cost was for room only. Booking on line did not show tis or any display in the hotel. When we were invited to take breakfast we assumed it was included in the price.
