    Friendly staff,good breakfast. Great restaurants in walking distance with Bowling alley and Cinema!!!! Great for Kids!!! Good for parking.

    Room was freezing cold when we arrived,thought the window was open it was that cold,but it wasnt!!?? Corner of TV repaired with silver Duct tape!!!!! Pay per view didnt work on tv,bathroom was very tired in appearance,well the room was too to be fair...the receptionist said it was one of the best rooms...would hate to see the worst!!!! we were at the end of a corridor and the two lights were not working outside our room so it was very dark at night.

    Location where we wanted. Good value at £55 on net

    Duvet far too thick and heavy. No alternative like lighter duvet, blanket(s). Too cold without any duvet, too hot with duvet, hence slept badly. NB We run a small B&B and offer alternative.

    Bed was to die for, I had pulled my back prior to arrival but had a comfortible nights sleep. Nice and quite with plenty of places to eat close by.

    Staff excellent. V competitive pricing. Ease of check-in and out.

    Room 207 had a few minor signs of needing spruced up.eg torn curtain,crack in floor near toilet cistern. Housekeeping should check this. We did not report as we were out of the room all day and this did not cause any malfunction of room.

    Breakfast was ok and the room was clean and tidy

    We suffered a totally sleepless night on the second night of our stay and despite your night staff taking 3/4 of an hour to answer the phone the commotion which was reported to them temporarily abated then restarted and continued until I went down and complained again this time in person and it abated as before and then restarted and continued until 4:00 in the morning.

    Friendly service, good access to local facilities - restaurants, cinema, shops, good access to London for events - shows, concerts etc... Have now discovered the leisure centre and swimming pool!

    TV wasn't working - gentleman on Reception (11.30pm) was excellent - eventualy changing my room to one with a TV that worked. He was polite and efficient, leaving others with a lot to be desired. Comfortable bed and rooms were very clean. I had a good night's sleep.

    TV in first room didn't work. Shower in second room worked, but only as a trickle. Think it needs clean shower head or more water pressure or something.

    I booked this hotel because it was shown as the nearest to middlesex university Hendon complex. Actually I had to change bus three times to reach my destination or pay 16 pounds by taxi.

    staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice of food.

    Windows do not open enough since there is no air conditioning. Would be helpful to offer guests a small fan to be used in the room to circulate air.

    Very pleasant and helpful receptionist, car parking on site was good, breakfast was a bonus and unusual in a London hotel at anything other than a stupid price

    None really. Room still smelt slightly of stale smoke and bathroom looked a bit tired, but it was all very clean.

    Room very clean,staff helpful and friendly. Nice to be offered cooked breakfast and to have a bar on the premises.

    Booked two rooms and ended up on different floors!!! Surely if i book two rooms it's common sense that i want them next to each other or at least on the same floor. Not all t.v channels working.

    Not that close to tube - ended up getting buses to tube station.

    I came with teh bus from Finchely Underground station. It could be better described in the Internet where to drop off (name of the bus stop). But this only a minor remark.

    bed very unconfortable, carpet really tired, lighting pooor.In the bathroom the curtain for the shower doesnot contain the water,the floor is damp and slipery, the plonger in the basin is not working .

    The breakfast is OK !

    I lived in the hotel two times,The first time lived in Room 203,the air conditioner was out of order,I told the staff,She checked and told me that the air conditioner was out of order,I requested her change another room to me,but she refused hust only give me a small fan,I can't sleep that night,Recently I lived in the same hotel,they still gave me the same room 203,the air conditioner still out of order,Oh my god !!!!!

    The rooms were cool, comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and overall the hotel was good.

    The staff were unfriendly however; both staff we dealt with at the desk were efficient but almost rude.
