    Very clean, comfortable, nice staff. And so close to the airport we could walk

    I had problem with the reservation: it "disappeared". But I checked it in advance and, in the end, everything went ok

    Convenient for the airport, Good selection for breakfast, Facilities good for what was required.

    Was hard to find staff in the morning and all breakfast cutlery, cups,plates etc had run out. There just seemed to be one girl on reception

    I much admired the design of the bathroom, truly a masterpiece. Everything was clean and in good order.

    The dinner was merely adequate.

    extremely convenient for stopover/transit between two flights. staff very fiendly and helpful.

    none, only one minor point, concerning the online booking: I wanted to book a room for 3 people but somehow I didn't find the right icons to click in order to do that. However, I mentioned this in "remarks" and the room was prepared for 3 people, so no problem.

    It was close to the terminal

    The cutlery was dirty, I picked up a glass for orange juice from the clean pile and there was lipstick on it. The first room I was offered someone had been smoking in,- just not up to the normal Holiday Inn Express

    "Small noisy rooms with car lights all night providing a disco experience you do not want. Forget about any wake-up call particularly if you ask for one. What happenned to the famous English breakfast?" (97001398)

    Very noisy. Staff unhelpful (would not even give you a wake-up call when asked). Light from cars coming into room with curtains broken and no way of blocking light or noise. Small noisy room with crowded furniture - a kinked neck if you want to watch TV on the sofa.

    "Hotel was very convenient for overnight stay prior to early morning flight. Reception staff and restaurant/bar staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good value. The room was clean and adequately equipped. We had a package which included a three course dinner and breakfast which we considered good value." (97551406)

    Hotel was conveniently placed for airport.

    Please get a lift that doesnt take all night to go two floors

    "Everything was fine until we ordered a second drink and it was after 11pm and we were charged double. Have never experienced this before." (97926375)

    Convenience to Airport

    Too small bar and that drinks were double the price after 11pm and we did not know about this.

    "Car parking booked was not guaranteed and was not provided even though our booking was made four months in advance although bookings made two months after that date were honored. The hotel was not in receipt of our on line booking although a confirmation receipt was our possession and resulted in unnecessary confusion and worry on our arrival at check in" (97797113)

    "It's an okay airport hotel, the rooms are big enough, the reception/bar and breakfast area is small but serviceable, the staff were efficient. It was good as we could choose smoking or non smoking rooms. The wine was expensive at the bar." (97595320)

    It's right next to Luton airport and you can walk there in 10 mins to check in.

    The noise - it was good as it had windows that would open and we needed them open as the rooms were hot and a bit stuffy.

    The distance to the airport.

    Breakfast buffe was not clean. Lots of emtpy used glasses and cerial bowls as well as half eaten toast was standing on the buffe. Milk was not refilled when empty and the staff I asked to refill did not know how to refill it, he probably did not belong to the service staff.
