    Close to A55 but still quiet at night - excellent buffet breakfast - very reasonable hours for breakfast on Sundays. Rooms were not overheayed either. Close to Reception as well.

    Noisy corridor during the early hours - otherwise OK.

    Easy access and very close to A55, but double-glazing meant little noise - good nights sleep and good choice at breakfast. Room had aircon, so perfect for hot weather this week - not sure if all do.

    "Good hotel in a location that suited us with friendly staff and clean surroundings, excellent stop over place and suitable for singles,couples and famlies, also all on one level so good if stairs are not your thing." (107489706)

    Easy to find location, friendly staff, good breakfast,

    Bar snacks not the best value or presented well, ie. burger and chips is just that..no salad or garnish on burger or plate spoiling a good quality burger,eggs on gammon meal under cooked,might have been chefs night off as the rest of the food was very good.

    Friendly staff, good restaurant, room was OK but had to change because aircon wasn't working.

    The cleaner didn't make our bed, she simply covered it with the cover and left eth sheets etc in a jumble, we reported this locally after it happened a second time, very slovenly.

    "Excellent for our requirements- local leisure visit - night stay followed by attending a family party + night stay. Breakfast staff were struggling to get breakfast for our 6.30 for 07.00 departure on Monday" (97784763)

    Although very full due to a local race meeting, fortunately 90 guests had cancelled evening meal which allowed us space to 'eat in'. Room was spacious and comfortable

    Very noisy and drunken guests in bar area so no pre-dinner drinks for us! vomit on carpet was rapidly cleaned.

    It's situated on the main A55 (dual carraigeway) so it is noisy, and to get in and out you have to continually back track on yourself

    "First time I had eaten in this hotel's restaurant and it offered decent value and ambience. The executive room gave me a much more favourable view of this hotel than on a previous visit in a standard room." (97546442)

    I was lucky enough to be assigned an executive room for this stay and it was excellent.

    Ease of access to and from A55.Breakfast and the pleasant member of staff that served us.

    Our room on the 3rd floor was a smoker when we had specifically requested a non smoker.The bathroom although clean was very tired with several of the fittings broken. The TV was impossible to watch on chanels 1,2,3,4,5. This was fixed for our 2ond night's stay.

    "Hotel was clean beds are the most comfortable beds i have slept in did not want to get up in the morning.When arriving at hotel you can easly miss it as it is right next door to a OK Dinner and a service station on the other side so you tend not to notice the hotel till you are going past.We only stayed for one night but the staff where nice the rooms clean and a realy good breakefast in the morning what more can you ask for."     Our double bed was pretty awful--it sagged into the middle and the bed clothes were not reducable in a warm situation--It was a thickish quilt /sheet which we could not adapt to

    It is handy for visiting relatives and is adequate for our needs. The staff are mostly quite pleasant

    Staff extremely helpful - couldn't have been more so.

    Asked for a room at the back of the hotel to be away from traffic on the A55, but lots of noise form kitchen fans/ electrical equipment. Perhaps I could have followed up, but didn't.

    "The hotel is a bright modern, recently constructed hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. All completely spoilt by a flimsey fold down bed in my bedroom (so that the room could be converted to a small conference room. If considering this hotel you should specificaly ask for a convensional bed." (99859432)

    Smart, modern

    The bed was dreadfull. The room was set up to enable it to be converted to a small conference room and the bed was a fold-down bed which creaked loudly at every movement! The one thing you want on an overnight stay after a long journey is a comfortable bed.

    "The hotel itself is pleasant and the room was welcoming and in good order. It was plasant to have a table and chairs in the room as well as the usual desk / vanity table. The only problem is the directions to get to the hotel. There are two junctions next to each other, if you take the first one, you get diverted past the service area and onto a road towards Wrexham, which required us to take a U turn and head a few miles back up the dual carriageway to get on the correct side of the road again. Other than that a pleasant hotel" (99246545)

    Excellent facilities for someone on the move Excellent location and very little road noise. everywhere was spick and span and bathroom was very well specked

    Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were good.

    The bath was too small, so had to use the shower option.
