    Very convenient, clean and tailored for transit stays. Lobby area pleasant and great to have the convenience of breakfast at such an early hour. Staff response appreciated.

    Facilities, breakfast, courtesy of staff, convenience...and the lobby dining area served a surprisingly good dinner.

    One of the computers did not work, out of order, and we had to ask for refund of pound we inserted. But of course this is a minor point.

    Needed another luggage rack; ice machine was out of order; needed complete address for GPS.

    "Hotel has an excellent location within easy walking distance from airport. I found it very good for an overnight stay before leaving on an early morning flight. The large breakfast buffet of fresh fruits, cereals, croissants, breads, etc., is available from 4am. The walk to the airport takes no more than 5 minutes along a flat path which is covered apart from when crossing roads." (107452125)

    Hotel was quieter than I had imagined, with close proximity to runways. Breakfast was very good.

    I had booked a double room but was given a twin room. No reduction for single occupancy.

    very convenient to the airport. No audible airport noise.

    Restaurant service was a bit odd. We ordered and got drinks at the desk then food was brought out. No table service, except to bring food out. Brewed coffee in the room would have been nice.

    Check-in. Room was made available to us even though we were early. Staff's customer service excellent. Room although a bit small decor very appealing liked the design of bathroom.

    Refurbishment has catapaulted the hotel up in my estimation and it can hold its own with many much higher regarded hotels in Glasgow, most of which I stay in during the course of a year.

    "Wording of location of hotel with regards to Glasgow Airport terminals a little misleading. It states that access is by a 'covered walkway'. This is strictly true but it makes the reader assume that the hotel is linked to the terminal building. The walkway is a semi-covered path between the hire car lot and some office buildings, with 2 small access roads to cross. You still have to go outside and could get wet if it was raining heavily."
