    "Was not as enjoyable as it could have been with a better room. We had booked a hotel room and were put into an appartment. Not sure if the hotel rooms would have been much better." (108461054)

    The room smelled of damp quite strongly and was cold. It did not seem to be aired at all and we had to put the oven on in the kitchen to heat it up to a compfortable level. Also one blanket on the bed so my partner was quite cold during the night.

    Up-graded to fully serviced apartment and found it all very nice, clean.

    The only fault , and it wasn't really too bad, was we finished up with three single beds instead of a double and a single!

    "Not what we would have chosen, but could not fault the accommodation and location. Breakfasts could be improved, not everyone wants full cooked breakfast. Yoghurt, fresh/dried fruit and some quality bread or rolls would have been appreciated. " (107588454)

    Wonderful room in Diplomat Apartments. Clean, quiet, tiny shower room, massive bedroom, unneeded kitchen.

    Not a hotel room as booked. No explanation offered as to why change made. Full 3-day charge taken from credit card before we'd even been shown the room or its location.

    Young receptionist very helpful. Hotel well placed yet quiet. Parking.

    Stairs only. Cramped room and bathroom. No fresh fruit or yogurt at breakfast.

    Attractive-looking building near gardens. Very friendly welcome. Convenient location. Good price.

    My room was beside reception , and I could hear reception from it. However, because this is a small hotel I found this disturbing on just one occasion.

    Bed comfortable. Quiet, unaware other guests staying there. Access to car parking in a busy part of the city.

    Room cold at times. Pull cord on heater in bathroom didn't work. Sitting at a table for breakfast were other guests needed to lean over me to get to hot drinks machine, could have been injured if someone spilled a drink. Cold in dining room particularly when front door opened as guests departed.

    Very quiet and clean.The qualty of serveices are very lovery,too.

    The map tpwards this hotel is little bit poor.It is not easy job to find how long does it take from two subway stations to this hotel.

    Easy access from M8. Free parking. Good access to University area. Botanic Gardens directly across.

    Couldn't find remote for TV but not really an issue.

    We found the area near enough to the bars/shops and far enough away for a peaceful night. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

    A good place to stay.Given a key to main door so you can come and go as you please. Lovely outlook over parkland.

    Take soap only liquid available. Road noise a little disturbing , but I live in a very quiet place no road noise at all.

    Beds very comfortable, room spacious, and very clean. Easy to find and parking available on site. Stayed overnight for concert, great location and easy access to travel. WE enjoyed our stay.

    No heating in rooms on arrival, cold in november, although heaters are provided and the room heated fairly quickly. Only one small problem, the front door banged constantly throughout the early morning making it difficult to have a lie in. If you are an early riser then no problem.

    "Had to take two single rooms instead of a twin and a twin instead of a double. One of the singles was very small but did ok.Guests should be pre warned that meals are not available in the evening and no bar facilities after 10pm." (97758772)

    Helpful in changing date at the last minute (train problems caused by floods!) Room had everything one needed. Cleanliness.

    Although the breakfast didn't start until 7:30 but it was fine and well prepared. We did have trouble speaking with our waitress as she was friendly, but didn't understand English very well.

    we were upgraded from a triple to an apartment at no extra charge and it was brilliant. The hotel is in an excellent location: quiet, but in an interesting, attractive area with good access to the town centre.

    breakfast was a bit early for a weekend.
