    Location was ideal for what I wanted, restuarant was good and staff where excellent.

    Pay TV did not work - Reception was overwhelmed with Chinese visitors booking in when I arrived, couldn't move for bodies everywhere, couldnt open the bedroom window to get some air - the aircon was governed down which made the room a touch stuffy.

    Clean room. Quiet rooms given proximity to the airport.

    Limited choice of TV channels given it was an executive room. Breakfast tables dirty & choice of breakfast cereals limited. Cooked breakfast very bland - expected more given the price of the breakfast. Room key would not work after I first checked in (another couple had the same problem as well)

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.

    None really just the window in my room wouldn't close, it was fine for me but probably cold in the winter.

    Relatively good value for money

    Although it was meant to be a non-smoking room, there was a strong smokey odour in the room, particularly the carpet. My clothes had a similar smell by the time I checked out in the morning.

    Parking on site was adequate, speedy check in service. Room was very clean with all required facilities available. It seems a world apart from some of the adverse comments previously made by others.I did not use the food/drink facilities through personal choice, but looked clean and tidy.

    The room I changed to was clean and sunny, quite spacious. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality and I enjoyed my dinner. The breakfast wasn't too bad either, but the hotel was very busy that morning so was a bit crouded at breakfast time.

    The room I was given at first was not on the sunny side and at the end of the corridor so was quite cold, dull, had staines on the carpet and slightly worn out walls and didn't feel welcoming at all. The climate control wasn't working, only blowing the cold air. I asked for a room on the opporsite side and shortly was moved to the top floor. I checked in quite early so luckily was able to switch. The room was much nicer, warm and sunny. There was a hole in the wall next to the sofa though, but I was happy to move out of the previous room so didn't pay much attention to that, although it spoilt the impression a bit. The climate control still wasn't working so it got quite cold at night and in the morning. The check out time was 11am, but at around 9am someone knocked on my door asking me when I was going to check out!!! I was about to leave any way, but was very dissapointed they were hurrying people up. So unprofessional!! The gym was quite small and basic and one of the two bike mashines was broken. Plenty of towells but no water!! And it was very hot their and the fan they had to cool the air down wasn't powerfull enough for the job.

    Good location 3 minutes walk from a train station. Good value especially given London prices.

    On check in was upgraded but to a smoking room! It stank, went downstairs & they checked us back into a standard non smoking room. Housekeeping banging on the door at 9am on a Sunday morning, use the do not disturb sign if you are planning a late morning.

    Very pleasant, efficient reception staff. Close to train station, convenient for Twickenham. Within walking distance of Witherspoon's pub for meals if you do not want to eat at hotal.

    Limited weekend evening menu.

    clean linen and room, nice size bed and bathroom.

    weighing scales and one lamp broken. I had to contact recetion for another robe as only one in room. Could not turn the air conditioning down and the cool fan was not working

    Friendly staff. Executive room recently refurbished to a good standard. Comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast. Bar a bit pricey but has sport on tv and is spacious and airy.

    Good price (if you ignore the six quid parking and the ten quid breakfast)

    A lot of evidence of penny pinching. Unbranded coffee in the bedrooms (that was awful). The WiFi was incredibly slow (One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it's internet access)

    Very clean and tidy, good quality and good size of rooms.

    The room was cold and the heating took a while to activate, but the staff sorted us a electric heater to initially take the chill out of the room until the heating kicked in.

    very good accomadation very comfortable room very clean .near to railway .

    we had breakfast on the saturday morning food excellent but cold had to wait for someone to fry some eggs. service wasnt very good .we would have eaten inthe evening but wasnt very impressed.

    When checking in the process took about 30 minutes, the clerk could not find the reservation then we where given a room that was cheaper then the one we had booked when this was pointed out to staff they gave us a voucher for the car park for the sum of
