    "Very comfortable enjoyable stay.Food excellent but unfortunately due to the slow service the evening 3 course meal took 2 hours to complete. The staff did apologise for this." (108138368)

    we were very pleased with the hotel and we will be staying there again in the future.

    the only bad point was the tv in th.e bar was a bit to loud

    Good sized room, decent breakfast spread. Immediate location great for a good night out, restaurants, bowling, casino, all within 5 minutes walk.

    Gym although up to date and modern is HEAVING ! I am not used to queuing for equipment.

    Guy at check in was great very helpful.

    booked on the internet when arrived there was no details of my booking. I paid for both romms on departure date yet when i checked i have been charged 2 X 115.00 plus 170.00 for the two rooms. I rang and spoke to reservations and they cant understand the problem yet im still 230.00 out of pocket !!!

    leisure facilitys were good and staff helpful

    the restruant was poor service and menu limited. food was poor for the price. also bar was under refurb and staff were very poor and unhelpful.

    i had a do not distrub notice on the door and the maid knocked the door and walked in! i found a very dusty booking in card from sept on a shelf

    "We felt this was a good quality hotel with excellent facilties and close to local attractions. The only let down was the Verve grill. Not enough choice on the menu, over priced and the food was not very appetising. Breakfast time was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay there again." (97768825)

    "The stay was adequate. The hotel offered everything we needed, but without anything to make it memorable." (97308004)

    It was clean. The accommodation was reasonably priced. The inclusive breakfast was fabulous.

    The decor was a little dated & starting to get tatty (stains on the wallpaper & wallpaper bubbling. The beauty parlour was closed without notice on the Monday when my wife wanted to go for a pamper day.

    "the stay was really good apart from the heat of our room. Its been one year since we last came to Dudley (its where we got engaged). We would stay again in the future, as long as its not a hot day!" (99157034)

    The hotel was very clean and well presented. Breakfast was nice apart from the greedy person who put 10 slices of toast through the toaster and held up the line.

    It was just too hot! Our room was sweltering. The heating was off. The fan was welcome, but it would have benefited to have air conditioning or at least windows that opened more than a crack.

    "This is my fourth stay here and yet again it is an excellent hotel for families. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty, choice of two eateries, both of which are very reasonably priced. Leisure facilities are excellent and spacious. Full compliment of gym, squash and water facilities to work through. Rooms are clean and modern, no black mold in the bathrooms and room smelt fresh, SKYtv channels including sports and kids. Basically, for the price, this is an excellent find." (99190190)

    "All aspects of the hotel were excellent. Room was clean and presentable - all modern appliences. The general apperance of the hotel was exceptional. Lesiure facilities,particularly the gym and swimming pool were great. Breakfast was full english and continental -plenty to choose from. Most nights the inhouse pub provided a variety of entertainment. Had a lovely meal in the inhouse resteraunt (look out for their reduced rates for early dinners!) We had a lovely break here."
