    "Good comfortable stay in a well apointed cheerful atmosphere." (108377590)

    Excellent pool and gym equipment with long hours of operation. Friendly staff in the bar. Well appointed and clean quiet room.

    Breakfast was somewhat luke warm and greasy. However, good choice of alternatives.

    "Quality offered by you was less than Travelodge or Pemier Inn. I have stayed recently at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel, which was cheaper and infinately better quality. You need to show better quality for the £89.00 paid. " (108758664)

    Pool and leisure facilities

    Room not prepared (no bed for our grandson) when the bed was made up there was no quilt only 1 thin blanket. No facilty for beverages (ie only 2 cups)in the room. Breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs inedible, tables were scruffy no cups and saucers left so we had to use mugs, 1 toaster for some 50/60 guests Staff only interested in Coach guests

    The facilities of the hotel was excellent especially the swimming pool and the gymn. The food in the restaurant was quite expensive but when we received our food the quality and the quantity matched the price. Best meal we have ever had while dining out.

    "Very disapointed, as I booked this hotel on their repertion. Felt very let down by their lack of customer care. Very noicy area to stay in. To close to night clubs I think where in the area. Never a three star rating. " (108252097)

    Excellent gym

    Air con did not work in the room. Very poor breakfast service. Had to wait for food to be brought out. Only refreshed when customers asked for them. Poor choice of cooked foods. One toaster for the whole of the dinning area. Food area very dirty. Grapefruit juice was off.

    Staff were attentive; rooms were clean; convenient location

    Requested repais in room were slow in being carried out; food in 'pub' was average and took 20 mins to arrive(it was only a salad!); beer was warm( I did complain);

    Decor wonderful. Beds and bedding wonderful. Tv and refreshments in room v high quality and appreciated. Staff amazingly pleasant and helpful. Wonderful value.

    We had to change rooms and had no advance notice. Nuisance to pack up.

    The staff were well informed and very helpful.

    The breakfast meats were undercooked and inedible. The seating was badly organised causing delays of up to fifteen - twenty minutes waiting time.

    Breakfast very unorganised - typical generic hotel on Sunday mornings, no staff and cold food, even that which had just been replenished.Coffee undrinkable. Meal in the evening was good but some food over cooked. Both tuna and calves liver should be cooked pink, neither were.

Located in a convenient location with good parking. we were visiting family and will be travelling to Coventry quite regulary over the next 18 months or so, we had hoped to find a place that we could re-visit but it was too noisy when functions held.     Food was good in restaurant. hotel was generally clean, although we did have a problem in restaurant witha dirty floor under table. Convenient location with good parking.

    Hotel had not received on-line booking. receptionist failed do as she promised when we booked in. Room was noisy, which I was told they knew about when i booked out. The hotel initially overcharged me

    "Booking on line into an unknown hotel is always an experience, and not always pleasant. This is a good standard hotel that ticks most of the boxes. One always hopes to find Ritz standards for motel prices, but of course it doesn't happen. Hence we weren't blown away, but neither were we disappointed. We didn't have a lot of dealings with the staff, but where we did they were excellent. Helpful, kind and well mannered. Full marks here." (97987664)

    Good parking; good cooked breakfast; good,clean room.

    Nothing to dislike, but the non-cooked part of the breakfast i.e. the fruit and cereals could have been better.

    "I was unable to order breakfast to my room, the slip was unavailable and whilst I asked room service, no one brought up a slip or took my order. The room service menu was very limited with no real healthy options. Otherwise I thought the hotel and leisure factilities were good." (99693538)

    Room was good size and clean, if a little hot due to weather. Leisure facilities were good and the staff nice.

    No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast order form was missing.

    comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and wonderful shower gel. Well sound-proofed so no noise from corridors.

    TV a bit tempermental. However, they did send someone up to sort it out promptly.

    I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. The swimming pool and leisure facilities looked very good even though we didn't have time to use them on this occasion. The location was quite close to the city centre.

    It was a little noisy on Friday evening when we returned from a function we had been attending in the city. That however,did not spoil our stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

    Overall, The accomodation was excellent, the staff efficient, friendly and courteous and the service impeccable. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. A pleasure to stay there.

    A walk in showeer for my husband who has had a hip replacement and has heart problems.We were able to open our window which helped my husbands breathing problems.
