  "The place is new, clean and friendly but over priced and everything was extra, parking and breakfast. I won't be rushing back as for that money I can think of nicer places to stay." (3304623396)

  Central, easy to find

  no parking, had to pay separately for private parking. Separate very expensive breakfast. For the price I would not rate this hotel with others I have stayed in and won't recommend it on that basis alone.

  i loved the contempory style of the hotel.

  the double bed seemed like two single beds pushed together..not comfortable for a couple

  "The hotel is very nice, but would be better in more pleasant surroundings. It will be better when all the external development is finished. Nicely situated for a walk into the town centre." (3304064514)

  The hotel was of a high standard, staff very friendly and professional. Nice fast lifts to all floors.

  It was not pleasant to find blood stained sheets on the first night. Although appreciating it was probably harmless, I did feel uncomfortable and hardly acceptable. Staff did take note the next day and the sheets were changed. I did order newspapers for the Sunday morning, but these did not arrive at all.

  "A comfortable, elegant contemporary styled hotel. Staff friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Breakfast offered everything you could imagine but would have liked a choice of eggs or scrambled eggs freshly cooked. Apart from that - and more prominent parking facilities(I drove round the hotel once before I realised I had to park in the multi storey) - the hotel is excellent. Hopefully the left hand side of the hotel will, one day, be turned into a pretty marina instead of a scrap metal yard - something sadly out of the hotel's control. All in all, the best place to stay in Limerick with superb views. I'll be back!" (2552028)

  Light and airy room. Very comfy bed and armchairs.

  "From first meeting, the staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Facilities were excellent, and the hotel had a modern, yet comfortable feel about it. My room was superbly equiped, spacious, clean and very pleasant - good enough to live in! I would definately recommend this hotel to all my business colleagues and friends. The view in the evening across the river and quayside is very pretty." (2478830)

  "The staff were all very helpful, courteous and polite. The location of the hotel is good, lovely views over the River Shannon and just a short walk from the city centre. Easy access to Shannon Airport. My first stay in a Clarion but will be booking again." (1826650)

  The hotel was extremely comfortable, modern and inviting. The leisure club was excellent.

  The service and staff could not be faulted. The hotel reception area and bar were lovely.

  We had to move rooms because the first (non smoking room) smelt of smoke. The 2nd room was feezing cold and smelt abit of smoke. But they moved us straight away and the service and politeness was lovely. Swimming pool was far to cold.
