    "Initially it looked promising but after the lack of sleep and disappointing breakfast it spoiled the overall experience " (108942015)

    clean well appointed room

    Lack of sleep due to the level of noise of guests in nearby rooms shouting & singing at the tops of their voices at 20 past 3 in the morning meant it was n't a very restful stay,brekfast was disappointing having to queue for your cooked breakfast had the feel of a school canteen,and the toast provided with it was barely toasted and very soggy just lying in a pile for serving,tea wasn t readily avaiable so actually were halfway thro our breakfast before the pot could be found, it would have been nice to have a small pot on the table for our own use.

    "i was not aware it was so central although i was aware it was on a main street..i also would like to have known events thats are enjoyable in letterkenny town and what other business have to offer" (99415762)

    clean bright rooms suprisingly not as noisy as i expected due to the rally. staff friendly polite and efficient always nice to see a smile when checkin in

    not much really..to be fair i had a exceptional stay. the food in the bar was also enjoyable.

    "Information about the hotel given on the website was generally very good. It would however have been useful to know more about carparking and gym facilities." (99852592)

    The hotel was in an extremely convenient location. It was close to shops restaurants etc., and was easy to get to the bus station + taxis were easily available

    There was no hotwater one evening and it was not until the next afternoon that it was restored. Understandably this was to allow time for a plumber to fix the problem.

    "Staff were all very friendly and gave us advice on visiting the area and day trips. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and had all the things you need/have forgotten - hairdryer, kettle etc! View wasn't too bad for a hotel in a town centre and it was surprisingly quiet at night." (99850060)

    The room was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

    "The accommodation was ok for what we were paying. As we were on a work night out in the town and just wanted somewhere to stay the night it was fine. The receptionist was lovely when we were checking in and out but the night porter wasn't nice to my friend when she was returning to the hotel late that night. In fact couldn't have been more rude especially when she was locked out of our room (which was my fault!). If were were on a night out again I might stay there again just for it's location alone, but I have to admit not without checking other hotels in the town first." (99304167)

    "The rooms are very clean with a double bed and a single. It would have been big enough for a couple and one child also. Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant. The hotel itself was situated within walking distance of all the local ammenities. I would definately go back and stay longer than one night another time." (1911654)

    The closeness and vicinity to raphoe and the amemnities around about it not to mention car parking facilities

    The next door was very noisy during the night

    "first stay in letterkenny in this hotel. very pleased with standard of accomodation and friendliness of staff. booked one night online at a rate of 59e then decided to stay an extra night bit dissapointed that I was charged twenty extra! might have been better policy to charge same rate for duration of stay?All in all, great place to stay right in centre of town.As Letterkenny seems to have a slight traffic congestion problem and parking is at a premium,one has to use the private multi storey car park at night this is at the rate of 4e from 6-10am after that, you are charged by the hour,though this is a discounted rate it still mounts up.So be prepared to spend extra on parking as the hotel has none of its own. Despite parking this is a hotel I have no hesitation in recommending for its high standard of accomodation,friendliness and central location,and to be fair its good rates. Well done" (1595314)

    very roomy,clean, bright,comfortable,warm,nothing lacking.useful to have kitchen facilities if needed.

    no problems with accomodation very pleased with it indeed.Parking should not I feel be charged for in multi storey as parking is usually provided by hotels to their guests.This is something that bumps up the cost,if you like a hidden extra that is not mentioned when you book.

    "the web side could have given me pointers of interest to visit within walking distance, therefore attracting me to your facilities. The location is great, the staff and presentation excellent. Good clean toilets, a pointer as to the areas wee do not see. All of the literature within reception relate to other areas. Why not a news letter of what is happening within the town. So a visiter can get the feel of the heart of what the locals do and the friendliness around." (1433461)

    good location, v friendly staff, good food, lively location well worth a second visit. would reccomend to friends.
